My driving instructor, Sameer Rashid, is an absolute legend! He’s such a calm, composed, and very professional instructor that knows what he’s doing. I was a very nervous driver at first, and I was quite reluctant to do manual, but he pushed me to reach for the stars! As of writing this review, I passed my practical driving exam and had an absolute blast! I highly recommend Sameer as an instructor, and I wish him all the best! Thank you Sameer, and thank you BSM for referring me to him!

Scott Reynolds is a great driving instructor. I felt safe, supported and comfortable every lesson. Very reliable instructor with a wealth of knowledge about driving and the roads. Would recommend.

I had a great experience learning with Damir. He was incredibly patient, positive, and supportive throughout every lesson, which really helped build my confidence as a nervous beginner. Thanks to his clear guidance and encouragement, I was able to pass my practical test first time! I couldn’t have done it without him and would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable and friendly driving instructor.

10/10 the best there is. Especially Adrian who was my instructor. Can’t recommend or credit him enough. Kind, patient, supportive. Knowledgeable beyond just driving. He got me on the road after some bad experiences with other instructors. Absolute gem to this company. If you’re in Stockport/Hyde or the surrounding areas, Adrian is your man.

I have booked a 10 Hour bundle with the company and got the instructor named Farah Gelle, for the fourth time he has either cancelled the lesson or just hasn’t turned up. 2 of my lessons has been marked of as complete yet i haven’t done a single one of them. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone.

I would not recommend BSM Driving Lessons based on our recent experience.

My daughter had a very unpleasant experience with an instructor named Syed. During lessons, he was often on his phone, which made her feel uncomfortable and unsupported as a beginner.

Initially, everything seemed fine, but after he suggested cash-in-hand payments, his attitude noticeably changed. He later cancelled her lessons and blocked further contact without proper explanation.

We raised a formal complaint with BSM, but the company sided with the instructor and closed the case, stating there was no evidence of unprofessional behaviour. This is difficult to understand given my daughter had completed 9.5 hours of lessons—any concerns should have been addressed properly during that time.

Overall, we found the situation poorly handled and lacking professionalism. I would advise others to be cautious.

I passed the first time thanks to Ljeonora Trnava NW London with only two minors. Ljeonora is a fantastic instructor. Her attention to detail, professionalism and thorough teaching method ensured I had all bases covered and went into the rest fully prepared. I’d highly recommend Ljeonora to anyone looking to pass their driving test in the first attempt!

I had Damir Vujevic as my instructor and he was amazing! Explained the structure of the test really well, kept track of my strengths and weaknesses to make sure I was ready for test day. Lessons fit well into my schedule, made sure to do several lessons close to test day as well to help me feel prepared. Would definitely recommend!!

I'm truly disappointed with my experience with Mike Frovein, one of the driving instructors at BSM. His frequent phone use during lessons, often for extended periods without explanation, made me feel like my learning wasn't a priority. The repetitive driving routes within the same industrial estate for weeks, without ever progressing to proper roads, left me feeling unprepared and doubtful. This continued for 5 lessons. Seeing my friends advance quickly only amplified my frustration and significantly undermined my confidence, making me question my driving abilities. Since switching instructors and progressing to test routes within just four lessons, it's clear that my initial instruction was inadequate, leaving me with the impression that profit was prioritized over my development as a driver.

I have contacted Marcin, with 2 weeks notice to my driving test, this guy trusted my ability to drive and corrected a lot of my driving, very accurate and reliable person, he does everything by the book, improved my observations, i have passed my test today with 0 fault, I can’t thank this guy enough and if you are looking for a driving instructor, Marcin is your man.

I had a great experience learning to drive with Travis Joseph at BSM. He was always calm, patient, and really clear when explaining things, which made a big difference to my confidence behind the wheel. Even when I made mistakes, he stayed encouraging and helped me improve without feeling stressed. His lessons were well structured and focused on exactly what I needed to work on. I’d definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a supportive and reliable driving instructor.

Passed my test today with John Bolton, 10/10 driving instructor, would highly recommend, he is patient, professional and explained everything clearly. He gives good feedback, made me feel at ease and fully prepared for my test.

Scott Reynolds is an excellent instructor! From my first lessons with Scott, Scott was able to point out many bad habits I picked up driving previously with another instructor. He taught me the correct way to drive for both the test and for driving after the test, quickly helping me correct these bad habits. Scott was also extremely patient with me and explained things perfectly so I was able to understand. His way of teaching is tailored - if you are struggling to understand through explanation he will aid you through showing you how it is done. Scott is also very reliable, he will always show up on time and never cancels. I must thank Scott Reynolds for my first time pass as I couldn’t have done it without him! I recommend him to anyone who is learning to drive or struggling!

I recently got my licence after learning with BSM. The booking system was really simple and my instructor, Farzam Ashouri, was so patient with me, even at the beginning when i was making a lot of mistakes and was really nervous on the roads. He prepared me very well for my test which i thankfully passed!

Baqir was my instructor from BSM and I have passed test in Uxbridge first attempt. He is very knowledgeable, confidence builder, and clear communicator. I would recommend for Slough and Uxbridge.

I highly recommend Martin, I recently passed my driving test and he has been very helpful and a joy to learn from.

I have used BSM for driving lessons twice and thanks to them have passes my driving test.

There was certainly a gap in the learning process and it has been good to see how they have evolved with available technology.

My instructor Daniel Bradley was great, very knowledgable and understanding. I feel i have been prepared not only to pass the test, which as stated above i succeeded on my first attempt, but also to develop as a safe driver beyond the scope of achieving my full licence.

I could not have asked for a better driving instructor than Daniel Bradley at BSM. He always catered lessons to meet my needs and had so much understanding and patience because he really believed in me. I’d highly recommend Dan to anybody of any age or ability learning to drive, he knows his stuff inside out and above all is a lovely man to share a car with, especially in some of the more stressful driving situations.

I couldn’t recommend BSM and specifically Martin enough! He helped me build up my confidence and belief that I could pass my driving test. He was incredibly patient and never minded explaining things multiple times until I understood fully. Thanks to him I was able to pass first time.

I recently passed my driving test first-time (automatic) thanks to the great work of my instructor, Mario Trapasso, in Manchester!

I was particularly nervous to revisit driving in fear of having an insensitive instructor, but I couldn’t recommend Mario enough. He made me feel comfortable straight away thanks to his calm and patient approach. My nerves lessened right away, and my confidence improved much faster than I could've imagined!

Mario explained everything clearly and in a way that was easy to understand, and he often adapted/changed lessons to suit my pace. He was also great at recognising when I was ready to be pushed a bit further, and he challenged me to learn new skills and progress faster throughout my time learning with him. It really helped me make a lot of progress in a short space of time.

He’s also very reliable and professional, always on time and great to chat with. Each lesson felt structured and productive, and I always came away feeling like I’d improved.

Using the BSM website to book lessons was also very easy, but thanks to Mario, I not only learned how to drive safely, but also to feel genuinely confident on the road. I’d highly recommend him to anyone, especially if you’re a nervous beginner.
