BusBank was great! From booking the bus to using the bus, everything was excellent. Very communicative, provided updates, went through our itinerary to make sure the bus can do it. And Collin our driver was amazing too. Couldn’t ask for a better experience in Nashville, would definitely use them again!

This was my 1st time using BusBank, so I was a bit nervous when I noticed they out-source third party companies for rides - but I had no need to be! Philip May was such an amazing help - providing all the details and information I needed (especially considering I came with a very last-minute request, and had to change buses/total attendees, etc.) and was extremely accommodating, helpful, professional and reassuring. Our bus was fantastic, clean (and at a better rate than 4 other companies I received quotes from - for the same bus!) and our driver, Anthony was great! Bus was on-time, and the ride was safe and smooth. Highly recommended and will be using them again! :)

Great service - was on time, no issues - appreciated the peace of mind

BusBank was good to work with. Showed up on time, provided good service. My only complaint would be that the driver threatened to leave as the group was running 10 minutes late. He didn't end up leaving but didn't appreciate that added stress worrying that the driver and our transportation would leave us at the venue.

This is the second time we have used this company for corporate transportation. Their booking process is simple, there's always someone available to answer questions, the drivers are hospitable and on time. Can't say enough about them and will continue to use them going forward!
