Bus Bank made my group trip planning simple. They were so helpful in giving me information and communicating details throughout the process. Our bus travels were safe and the driver knowledgeable about locations.

I would highly recommend BusBank and especially JacLyn. I have used this company multiple times and JacLyn is professional, quick to respond, detailed-oriented, and a great communicator. She takes time to answer all my questions and helps me with scheduling.

We booked a bus through Busbank situated in Ottawa for a corporate event. The transportation was completed safely and on time, however the vehicle provided was larger than expected for our group and felt less suited to the experience we had envisioned in terms of comfort and atmosphere. The exterior also differed from what we anticipated, which contributed to some confusion on-site.

After bringing this forward, senior management followed up directly, provided a clear explanation, and addressed the communication gaps in a professional manner. They also implemented internal improvements and offered a goodwill adjustment.

While the initial experience was not exactly as expected, I appreciate the responsiveness and professionalism shown in resolving the matter.

Kayla was extremely helpful from booking to day of the event. Each of the drivers was extremely professional and early which was a dream. All of our attendees only had the best things to say about Miss Quinn too. The drivers were fantastic and flexible and we would absolutely work with BusBank again!

Kayla Dorrans was an amazing help during the whole reservation process and was able to guide us well, as it was our first time using charter services.
