Bus Bank is extremely easy to work with and professional throughout our charters. My company relies on them often for a reason. Best in class!

Busbank provided all our buses for a 6 day trip to Orlando to include our Airport Transfers, Park Suttles and Disney Performing Workshops. All on time. The drivers were polite and helpful and driver Dani from MyBus was exceptional. The group loved her.

All the drivers we worked with were early and very understanding of the population of our group (a camp for children with Tourette Syndrome). Safe driving and helpful with loading and unloading luggage.

Jean, our shuttle driver, arrived earlier than expected and was super friendly and accommodating. Our staff was really pleased with his customer service and attention to detail. Our pickup time was 9:30pm, but our outing ran late and we showed up at 10pm. Jean still came back for us when we contacted him and we are truly grateful. We would 100% book again!

Working with Josh K at BusBank was a fantastic experience from start to finish. He took the time to walk us through the process, answered every question with care, and was incredibly responsive and flexible as our needs evolved. His support gave us peace of mind and helped ensure that the shuttle logistics were one part of the event we didn’t have to worry about.

Although I had limited interaction with the onsite coordinator and drivers, they were professional, efficient, and easy to work with — everything ran smoothly on the ground.

It was easy to book and our driver, Henry, was the best!

Driver John was the absolute best! We had the van scheduled to pick us up at Nashville airport and take to dialysis/transplant camp about 1 hour away. John was so personable and the kids absolutely loved him. They asked all week if John would be our driver from camp back to Nashville airport but a different driver was listed for 6/13/25. The kids were ecstatic when John drove up. He said he saw the alert at 4am and excepted the assignment. John is very personable, great driver, connects well with kids and adults and deserves a raise enduring highways during rush hour and being an amazing human. Would love to request him every June when we go to camp.

Busbank was fantastic from start to finish! We booked months in advance to make sure we had a bus for our students from Ottawa to Montreal. They checked in closer to the date, were easily reached when we had to change the timing slightly, and the ride was very smooth. Both bus drivers were excellent drivers and we felt safe with our students on the bus. I will definitely use them again in the future!
