BusBank Avis 

I have been using Busbank for a good few years, even when I moved company I continued to book with them. I have great service, especially with Steve, who is so efficient, kind and understands my different group dynamics and locations, and manages it all with grace and the greatest of ease. I am not sure how I would manage if I didn't have Busbank to rely on.

Our drivers were very professional and made us feel like we were VIP passengers. The bus was very nice and we got where we needed to go safely and in good time. I will definitely use BusBank for another tour!

Not only was the reservation process simple, our driver was FANTASTIC! Steve was patient when my auto-pay didn't go through and we were able to get that all sorted even though it was after the deadline for full payment. Dino was our driver and he was so friendly with the students, and helpful when we were trying to find him after the event. He also had called ahead of the event to ensure he knew exactly where to pick us up due to construction int eh area and we worked out a bus friendly plan for him to arrive in plenty of time and pick us up at the right location without blocking traffic on a main road in our small town. Could not enjoy working with this team more.

Our driver Keisha Wilson was the best! She was an excellent driver. We would like to request her for all subsequent Diamond Tour trips.

We were relying on BusBank for shuttle service between the airport, train station, and hotel for our event. As the event coordinator, transport was one of the key sources of stress for me, but BusBank made everything easy. Responses from Kimberly Lindsey were always almost instant. She coordinated a complicated trip with seeming ease, and was very patient with our organization while we got the details of our trip sorted. Everything was exactly as I requested it to be, and our driver Martin was great.

Canceled one of our two busses required, 2 hours before our wedding, left us scrambling to find transportation and then only refunded us the cost of the bus that canceled. Would not use again.

This is the first time we have used BusBank, and it was a pleasant experience. We booked our trip from Pittsburgh to NYC over a year in advance, and right up to the time we left on September 22, 2025, the account representative we were dealing with, Kimberly Lindsey, was quick to respond to all of our questions. Our outbound bus driver, Wilmar Rodriguez, was on time and was very nice and accommodating to our group. Our return bus driver, Mark A Torres, was just as pleasant. He made it clear that he was there to serve our group. The only reason I didn't give the experience a 5-star rating is that the bus returning to Pittsburgh on October 1, 2025, was not clean and seemed like it could have been an older model. There was rotten food in the overhead compartments, which a couple of people in our group had to clean up before the rest got on the bus. Despite that, Mark was very apologetic and accommodating, stopping as many times as needed so that some in the group could stretch their legs. Again, this was a very nice experience, and I would absolutely use BusBank again!

Was the easiest and best bus experience we have had! Thank you for everything! I never write reviews this might be my first time but was truly such a great experience.

Account Executive, Josh Kittle did an extraordinary job providing confidence and support from the first meeting through the actual days of travel as well as solving the mishaps that often happen during travel (airline issues) that could have been a terrible stressful situation more easy and ensuring seamless travel to the final destination. Josh and the dispatch team are truly exceptional and trustworthy and partners you want to have!

We had 2 great tours. The bus driver was very friendly and did a super job. Everyone I contacted to reserve the tours were extremely helpful. I would gladly use this company again.

Buses were always early to pick us up. The bus was very clean and had nice leather interior. Driver was very responsive and kept me up to date on arrival status. The booking process was very easy as well. Highly recommend for events.
