Our coordinator at BusBank made everything very easy for our team during a 2-day bus tour of mid-town Manhattan. The buses were on time and professional. We will definitely use BusBank for future bus needs.

Booking our travel arrangements with BusBank was so easy. I needed a last minute 14-seater Spinter in less than a week. BusBank was able to find me not one, but two. I compared prices before booking, BusBank was not only cheaper, but the only transportation service who can accommodate a Sprinter Van in short notice, especially with all the end of school year activities simultaneously happening. Our driver, Nancy, was so professional and provided a smooth, safe ride both times. She was on time and so welcoming.

Making arrangements was easy-peasy, our account executive, Kayla Dorrans, was quick and responsive, the cost was reasonable, the mini-bus we reserved was comfortable and clean, our driver, David Hanson, was great (on time, helpful and a safe driver), our trip went very smoothly... Overall, our experience couldn't have been better. It was so efficient and easy! We will use again if there is a need. Thank you, BusBank!

Our driver Annette Jolly was an absolute professional. She brought our guests from the PBS National Convention in Atlanta to a meet and greet for our TV series being currently shown coast to coast . Between Ms. Jolly and the spotless gleaming vehicle used to transport PBS programmers from their hotel to the Little Five Points location, I could not have been more pleased. Aces high, and thank you.

Shadi was our driver and was prompt, communicative, and expertly navigated us around Chicago during a very busy weekend!

Our driver Joel was really awesome at driving his bus!! He maneuvered that bus around some pretty tight turns and never messed up or had to back up once, he was also ALWAYS on time with a smile and friendly greeting! Fantastic service. My bus of 35 for our team on time and extremely communicative. Outside of the broker assigning a bus which required some of our team to stand, the communication and professional service was well deserving. Our driver Enero was great, will be booking again.
