BusBank was very quick to respond to all of my questions and requests. Our driver, Michael, was on time for both pickup and drop off and was extremely kind and courteous. The bus was very clean and updated! I would absolutely recommend BusBank.

This will be the second time my business has used this company for our transportation needs, and once again they do not disappoint! We are a small nonprofit, so finding a company these days that provides quality service at a fair price can be hard to come by.

Jaclyn's detailed and considerate work made it easy to have our needs met for a pretty specific sort of schedule for our event – there was never any stress, we worked out an incredibly fair and competitive rate, and the online portal continues to be such an easy user experience to make sure all details are organized and accessible.

I booked with this company for our 2 day board meeting, booking was super simple and straight forward even though we had a complicated itenerary. Lance was a crowd favorite and I thank him for making day one super simple. I only gave this company a 4 star due to day 2, the bus driver was a lady and was not as nice as Lance and also did not clean the bus prior to picking up our party. Otherwise I'll definitely be using this company again in the future.
