Just straight forward 5 star service, no fuss. Delivery was excellent, kept me informed about time of arrival, drop and go. Logs were up the same high standard.

Crate well packed
I made the mistake of ordering on a Wednesday afternoon before a bank holiday so the logs didn't arrive until the following Tuesday. However they arrived at the time they said they would and were well packed.
