Good Customer Service Post Disappointment
I ordered a large magnetic board to display photos at the celebration of mum's life. It was a late order but I was assured that it would arrive in time. Unfortunately, it didn't. The courier service just didn't deliver (literally...). The four star review is not for the product. It is for how Buy Metal Online subsequently dealt with a difficult experience. They acknowledged the distress this caused, and tried to make amends, not always a given with customer service.

Someone had dropped the package
Someone had dropped the package and one corner of every board was bent, a friend has managed to bend them back the back the best he can but I am not happy with them
I fully understand that this was done in transit and that they left Buy Metal Online in perfect condition, the review was aimed more at the delivery service.
My friend has done a good job flattening them out and there are no sharp edges so I am satisfied with them
I have restarred my review due to the excellent feedback I received from Buy Metal Online

The metal sheets that I brought were perfect.
The metal sheets that I brought were very well protected from damage - the cut sizes were spot on. This was important because the galvanized sheets were on show and had to fit into already made openings.They look perfect. Well done Buy Metal On Line.

Placed order with tracking and 2 to 3 days delivery advertised had to send email after 5 days on a Friday as I hadn’t received any information about the delivery only to be told it would be sent out the following Monday so I had to explain to the customer why the job was taking so long to complete
