The installation of our new windows was seemlessly professional and stress free.
The installation of our new windows was completely stress free for us, (we are 83).Jamie and Rickie arrived punctually each day, explained exactly their plan, answered our questions fully and worked solidly through the day with minimum fuss. They are friendly, efficient ,totally professional and very skilled. The job was perfectly done. In addition, they did a lot of things in the 'making good' stage which were completely voluntary, I'm sure, and we really appreciate that. At the end of †he work, there was a thorough check list and follow up service/procedure was fully explained. It was all very easy and we are delighted with the result. I would recommend them whole heartedly.

From start to finish the process was clear and straightforward. Had the initial quote from Jamie showing us all the window options and prices giving us lots of information and taking the time to make sure we were happy with our choice. Straightforward survey and information regarding fitting. Scott fitted the windows and we are really pleased with them. He was very polite and helpful. Windows fitted with minimal disruption and he left everything clean behind him. Really pleased

From the greeting when first entering the showroom, the home visit/quotation to installation, we cannot fault Caddy.
Mike, the fitter, could not have been more professional. Very reliable (always on time) and hard working (would not even stop for refreshments).

New Composite door and side panels.
From start to finish our experience with Caddy windows was brilliant. Communication was great via emails, confirming dates of initial appointment, survey and fitting. Jamie did our initial visit and there was no pressure selling just a straight forward guide to what was available and a quote left with us to look over. The survey was a piece of cake and then on the day of fitting the 2 Dan's came on time and did a fab job, polite and tidy, what more could you ask. All in all would definitely recommend and would use them again.

Would 100% recommend Caddy Windows
Would 100% recommend Caddy Windows. From the start of the process, they made it so easy and simple!
Booked the first appointment to measure up, Greg came out and was really helpful. All very straight forward and talked through it all. We had a few quotes forward and back with different options which wasn’t a problem with them.
The fitting was expected to take 3 days, two men turned up promptly at 8am every day and cracked on. You wouldn’t even know they were here. They left the place spotless, tidy etc. Considerate to covering up using dust sheets etc.
Overall so we are so happy with their professionalism and promptness!

Craig is amazing and helpful.
Craig made this experience VERY easy for us. He was kind, knowledgeable, never made us feel we were being a nuisance. We are and older couple and the lick was being a little difficult. Craig came promptly and was super polite. He put our minds at rest that he would not leave or would come back again until lock was correct.
