Calendar Club UK Avis 

Really disappointed in my calendar....thought I'd support a UK based business than buying on Ebay....calendar is in a US content format so lots of the dates are incorrect or missing....Calendar Club UK, sadly not!!! Emailed customer services but no joy!! Very poor :-(

Wish I'd read the reviews below before ordering my calendar. Three weeks waiting and is still hasn't arrived. Royal Mail generally takes 2 days to arrive from the UK to my house in France, so I don't know why DHL take so long.
Customer service's response was 'that's just the way it is' with lots of giggling.
Won't ever order from them again

Please beware if you want to receive a calendar on time for a gift or yourself. Their delivery takes minimum 10 days and likely to be 2 weeks of your placing order. Their customer service is one of the worst I have ever come across and don't care about your complaint.
I used to order my wall and desk calendars over the years but I now need to find another supplier. Please don't trust their delivery nor customer service.

I always get calenders from Calender Club for the Dog lovers in my family every Christmas & I trust them to deliver in time with no issues & they've never let me down! Happy customer :)

Very good experience. Customer service was helpful and replayed quickly to my questions by email prior to placing the order. I ordered a calendar to be delivered to Spain and it arrived within a week. Thanks.

I went into the Cramlington branch and was greeted with rolled eyes and utter misery from the lady on the stall, Christmas cheer I don’t think so! Stay away!!! What a disaster, she not only needs help but a personality transplant, this woman could ruin any occasion.

I ordered Pip the Bear as a birthday gift for my friend from Latvia and after 3 months of waiting it has yet to arrive. The support keeps saying the same stuff over and over, for some reason they can't track deliveries outside of the UK (even though it's DHL Europe which definitely gives a tracking number).

If you're from Europe - DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!!

Delivery time takes for ages. I ordered calenders over four weeks ago and still haven't received them. I wish I had read these reviews before placing the order.

It will be the last time I do business with this company. Just pitiful.

Yet just as every year that I've ever ordered calendars from calendar Club,I've just received my new one for all my friends and family in time for 2020.

As always,every calendar without exception is absolutely lovely,making each month something to look forward to as I never look to see what's coming up on my own sets that I also include each year!

Value and quality are easily 5*+ every time and my calendars are packed so well and arrive early October when all I've ordered become available; I always use the amazing "Earlybird" offer which is a great help every year,too.

Calendars make a lovely gift especially if they are of the quality images that make up every one I've ever had over lots of years from this company.

As always,100% satisfaction on all counts and no doubt I'll be back again next year!

Poor delivery service. Order placed on 04/01/19, order dealt with on 09/01/19 and still waiting for it...

Great range of artwork and at good prices. Yes it took a while to dispatch but what do you expect in January. Really great quality calendars and in so many styles and shapes. Very happy this year as I am every year.

Don't waist your time or money buying a calendar of calendar club in January because can not cope and do not have enough staff to deal with all the orders .They take your money don't hear a word from them after 4-5 days after I email them and all say we are to busy and will get your order don't no when but when dose go to post will take up to 5 days to get to you so theres a good chance January be gone by time you get it . I asked to cancel my order witch they did but what I'm not happy about is they got my money straight away but I have to wait 3 days or more to get it back if I had knowen they couldn't cope with all there orders I would of bought else were .

Visited your site in Blackburn Mall yesterday (Tuesday 13/11/18) and
was served by the most delightful and extremely helpful young lady.
I am an older and disabled person, so very often given second rate
attention in many stores, also I did need help as I was looking for something quite specific for a Christmas present. This was no problem what so ever for this young lady. I felt like a valued person! Needless to say I am quite sure that my friend will be delighted with her calendar, just as I am with mine. Full marks for great service and an enjoyable experience!

I only buy one calendar a year of my favourite singer & i could not find it in the shop. I asked the gentleman who was working in the shop, not holding my breath as i did not think he was releasing one. The man found out he was bringing one out & told me the date it would be in the shop. He's made me so happy, i can look at the calendar all year with a smile on my face. It was the shop in Gloucester Kings Walk Shopping Centre on the 20/10/18 at 12.52pm
