I found the staff at my local store friendly and helpful

I order from here every year and no problems. This year I ordered a calendar and didn't like it so gave it to my friend. I went and ordered my usual one and a planner along with it and got calendar in a few days but still no planner. Emailed this company and get told IF it arrives to return it and then I'll get a refund. Not good enough, shocking service from a company happy to take you're cash at the time but not happy to help or refund you, your own money. OK until you have a problem then its your on your own. Last penny you get from me, ever!

Disrespectful staff. My friends and I were browsing the calendars, a woman who was working there came up to us and asked if we were buying anything, we replied no just looking, she hesistated then rudely informed us if your not going to buy anything you can then leave! How were we meant to know if we wanted to buy something if we were not able to look. Never going back, don’t deserve my money. Wouldn’t even rate it 1 star.

placed a order about a month ago, still have not received items, apparently if some of you items on the order are not in stock, the order will only be sent as complete, seeing as some of the items will not be in stock until November, i am certainly not amused that they have taken my money the following day after placing the order, and i have to wait 2 - 3 months before receiving anything - why take the money if you cant for fill the order for such a long period, waiting a few extra days or a week or so would be acceptable but not 2 - 3 months - not good customer service at all, wont order anything again unless it is in stock. why cant they at least send part order.

For a company that claims to have "The best selection of calendars in the known universe", I thought it wouldn't be too much to ask if they have a calendar with the various food items offered by my absolutely favourite chicken restaurant - Nando's. I could just imaging turning the page to March, and being able to look at a Double Chicken Breast in Pitta with Spicy Rice for a whole month, but no, they don't have a Nando's calendar. I find this unacceptable!

I ordered a calendar where published might have given more info. They were great about it, sorted it out with no fuss and friendly all the while. First class customer service.

Excellent service. Incredibly quick delivery on a xmas present which I had been let down with from another company. Ordered midday and received the next day with 1st class delivery. Good communication on order too.

Ordered calendar etc Wednesday night and goods arrived Saturday morning post. Well packaged and perfect condition. Great service 😊

Jeg havde bestilt to kalendere som skulle have kommet inden jul, men desværre modtog jeg dem aldrig på trods af at Calendarclub havde sendt dem for længst. Dog var de super hurtige til at respondere på min mail, og tøvede ikke med at tilbyde at gensende de varer som de stadig havde på lager, som jeg havde bestilt, eller med at refundere mit køb. Jeg valgte den sidste mulighed og modtog mine penge og en venlig nytårshilsen fra deres medarbejder Natalie få dage efter mailkorrespondencen. De håndterede en uheldig situation yderst tilfredsstillende.

I ordered a calendar last minute and it duely arrived the next day - VERY PLEASED indeed....

Ledte efter en 2011 vægkalender af David Boreanaz - det fandt jeg hos Calendarclub. Og så var den endda sat ned, så jeg slap med 42 kr, og ca. det samme i forsendelse. Det bedste af det hele var, at jeg kunne betale via Paypal - så bliver det ikke lettere! Fra jeg bestilte, til jeg modtog, gik der 7 dage, og det fuldt acceptabelt, når den nu skal sendes fra England.
