Very Happy with my service from Can for over 5 years now
Ive been on the small biz tarrif with Can for over 5 years now, with 6 phones, more than happy with the service and they constantly remain competitive. Customer support is very good, clear and helpful with no hard sales tactics. Just what you want from a phone provider..happy to recommend for a hassle free experience...

Control of our Mobile phone network.
As we wanted to change providers Louise at Can Solutions got it all sorted for us ensuring a smooth transition across and thus not affecting the use of our business handsets. This of course was important as no real affect to employees using the handsets and allowed me to carry on knowing the transition was in safe hands. I wouldn't have any hesitation in recommending Can Solutions to any other business requiring control of their mobile phone network.

Great service
Great service, Migrated over 100 numbers to Plan over the last two years. It was rough for the first 2 or 3 months but the team worked to fix the issues we were having and since we fixed the issues its been smooth sailing since then! Rori our account manager has also been great when we have got any issues and has been quick to fix them or point us in the direction to get them fixed. The Portal is great, very modern and feature rich, would recommend to any company who have alot of sims to manage to try get it. Overall great experience once we got our initial issues all sorted. Would recommend to any of IT team managing company mobiles.

As a long-time O2 business customer for over 15 years, I found myself becoming increasingly frustrated with the lack of support for my 20+ handsets. Even the simplest tasks, like adding a new user, became unnecessarily complicated. I was initially hesitant when CAN Solutions approached me about taking over our entire account, as it seemed too good to be true. After all, despite the poor service from O2, I was reluctant to make a change.
However, I was repeatedly contacted by Trudi from CAN Solutions, and I must admit, her persistence and dedication to ensuring a smooth transition eventually won me over. After several conversations where Trudi reassured me that the switch would be hassle-free, I decided to take the leap.
Looking back, it was one of the best decisions I’ve made in my 20 years in business. The entire process was flawless. Trudi was exceptional throughout, keeping every promise she made and guiding me through the entire transition. The switch was seamless—everything was as it should be, with no disruptions. All numbers remained the same, and all phones and tablets worked without a hitch.
The after-sales support has been outstanding. Trudi is always available to assist, and when she’s not, her colleagues are just as helpful. Adding new handsets has been effortless, and any additional services are easily arranged with a simple call.
Moreover, I’m paying significantly less than I was with O2, and the easy-to-use dashboard provided by CAN Solutions has made managing our account a breeze.
