We've been dealing with CAN solutions since being frustrated with the "big companies" not caring about their customers.
We have random check ins to discuss not just work, but life. How are we. How is business. How is the contract and network. And yes I know that's all part of good customer services, and some will say they're paid to do this - but my argument is why then did we not receive this service before.
When you care about your customers, they stick with you. They understand sometimes things may go wrong. And its how these issues are dealt with that are a huge part of a good customer relationship.
I can't thank the team enough for helping us ride the wave of changes initially, and working with us to get it right.
It's asked me for date of experience, but its been great since day one.

Impeccable and Seamless
Everyone in the business made the process feel seamless.
Ben got the ball rolling and the handover was carried out in a professional manor. Conall and Jamie on the technical side were incredibly helpful in nailing exactly how I wanted the phone system to work and were very patient. We now have an Account Manager appointed, Louise, who is checking in every so often to see if there's anything that could improve. In my eyes communication is key, so this is great to see.
CAN Solutions even contributed to my fundraiser which shows that their level of integrity as a business.
I will be recommending to anyone that may be interested.

Great all round service.
We have used Can Solutions for the past 6 years with them taking care of our telephone landlines and broadband. In those 6 years we have never had an issue with their service. They are always professional, friendly and extremely helpful. Their prices are great, too. All in all, I would highly recommend Can Solutions.
