Service and delivery are top notch. Website is awkward sometimes. When products are out of stock they also disappear, which isn't helpful when you are planning and dreaming of your next order.

No doubt NZ cigar prices are ridiculously expensive - thanks to the muppets in parliament. But these guys are the real deal and do a great job operating in a tough environment.
