I have found Canyon legal to always give good advice and feedback on all my questions in a professional manner. The service has a very personalized feel and communication has been great.

As soon as I was in touch with Canyon Legal and assigned to my case agent I was confident in my decision to work with them. I can honestly say this has been the best thing I have ever done for my financial life.

Eric T. Went above and beyond to get me answers to my questions and my situation. Spent time with me on the phone and did not rush me off. Hopefully what he did and recommended will take care of my situation.

I called your firm because I had received a summons from Discover Bank. My call was answered by Eric. He was very helpful, told me that I needed to send the document to Canyon and wait until Friday or Monday for a response.

Called to follow-up the recent email for my accounts to mark as settled, 2 accounts paid on dec1 2020. As of today accounts have not been marked as settled.

Your people can't get anything right!!! I ask for a list of attorney fees for the year 2020 & you send me a payment schedule that was dated 2019. You had a problem getting my credit cards straight. You contacted all of my creditors, when you were supposed to only contact certain ones. Now the cards I wanted to keep are closed!!! This company is the scum from the bottom of the barrel!!!!

Listened to my concerns and took appropriate action. I felt he was genuine with his responses to my concerns.

My financial circumstances changed over the past two years. I was able to make several additional deposits into my account, and for the past 8 months there has been a balance over $10,000, yet no settlement activity was taking place. I made about a dozen phone calls to Canyon during that time, and was told that settlements should be happening at a rapid pace. The reps all said the same thing: "I don't understand why this isn't being handled. I will check into it and call you tomorrow." I never have gotten a call back. Last week, I deposited enough money to pay off my two remaining cards IN FULL. Nothing was done by Canyon. Now American Express has sued my ex-wife and we've been assigned to a local attorney. I've been advised that he will be taking over the negotiation. Why is there a negotiation when my account has enough money to pay this off? Why were we sued almost a year after the account could have been paid off? Nothing was done on my accounts for six months, but I got emails from you every month explaining how we could accelerate the program by depositing extra money. I've sent in $30,000 in extra money. I paid you guys $20 grand to handle this, and I could've just paid it off myself. I feel like I have been, and continue to be, involved with either total incompetence or a scam. I've just had another rep, Eric, promise to call me tomorrow with an explanation. He's the ninth rep who promised that. I will bet you $1000 he doesn't call.

Canyon legal misrepresented how they do business entirely. I’m currently in litigation on 2 accounts and a notice of intent on a 3rd, forcing my hand to declare bankruptcy. I have essentially paid 15k in 1 year of which maybe 2500 went towards accrued debt. This company ensured they made their money but gave no consideration to the clients needs in any way

The young lady we spoke with was sooo nice!
We also told her how my husband has become ill since we started the program with an aneurysm in his heart and asbestos in lungs she explained how that was considered hardship.

Give that girl a raise, she is very knowledgeable

I do not think I accomplished anything with this call. I have been issued court papers on an account that I gave information of the court filing 7 months ago and for me to be served papers like nothing was done is very discouraging on wether or not I made a mistake on this program.

The customer service rep helped me a lot today. She got my issue resolved immediately. She was friendly and willing to help

Great experience and I am really happy with my progress so far. Just 6 months into working with Canyon Legal Group and they settled one of my debts for half the original amount.

Barb, customer service, is the only person there, I think, that has NOT sold their sole to the devil. Canyon has lied and anyone using this company after reading this review gets what they get! This company takes your money, charges thousands of dollars and does very little to help you. I have the proof if you need it, just look at the money they have taken from me and the judgements that they just let happen without even trying to defend me. They do not want to use the money that you pay them for the help they promise at the beginning of this scam. They just let you go to court with no defense and let judgements go against you. My stress level is higher now then when I was in a war zone! They will not care “for real” about your situation, the customer service people act like they do, and they do nothing to help and maybe 10% of the time return a call with any information to help you. My credit and reputation is worse than the worst person out there now, but I have never missed a payment, even added money that they never said I would have too. Was paying over $1,000 a month and not one thing has been paid off or even attempted to be paid off in 2 years. So many hidden fees hardly any money goes to your bills. People needing help, beware! Check BBB, they have high ok rating, but read ALL the reviews. BBB gets paid off I know for a fact now! They will tell you this is easy and you will be happy, sign this massive contract and it will be good. They lie! It is a scam! They have destroyed my trust in anyone calling me selling me help or anything! Never felt this way in my life! Worst money scam I have experienced in my life. Retired military, disabled, anything, they DO NOT CARE!

My debt is decreasing since I started working with Canyon Legal Group. That is what I wanted so what else can I say.. all is good.

Barb was a true pleasure to speak with. We couldn’t do everything I set out to do in one call, but I appreciated how friendly and helpful she was during our conversation.

Barb did an excellent job handling my account. She reviewed my file and provided me with updated information. Barb is very professional, patient and knowledgeable. It was a pleasure talking to her and she was able to answer all of my questions. I was very satisfied with the input that she provided regarding my account.

Although I am not happy to have to pay more per month for a few months, I am happy to get this creditor out of the way and have a settlement with them. I appreciate the help Barb gave us and the way she handled the setup with us. She was friendly, but professional at the same time. She explained everything to us in a way that made it easy to understand and also sympathized with us regarding the extra money going out, but let us know it was necessary in order to make the required payments on the settlement. Her help and professionalism is appreciated.
