Don't pay anything unless they can provide detail of credit agreement and when it was taken out. Just spoken with them following a letter saying I owed close to £300 with the original debt to Shop Dir... Voir plus

I tried numerous times to register to…

I tried numerous times to register to online account but was not able to do so. I contacted the team by phone and was reassured that I will be able to do so after they forwarded me a reference number which was the same number I already used trying to register to online account , and which appears on all paperwork from Capquest

I’d give less if I could

I’d give less if I could

Received a settlement fee, decided to pay it in full to get them off my back.

12 hours later saying that it’s no longer active and I owe the rest still.

Absolute con, don’t listen to them continue to ignore there calls and messages

I am going through a really rough time…

I am going through a really rough time in life and your employee's that I have spoken to on both occasions have been exceptional and a true credit to your company. And your company in general from the beginning have been nothing but nice and considerate. And with all my heart I thank you and the call advisor s for all the support you have given me .

Excellent debt recovery company

I hadn’t actually spoken with anyone from the company, but I’d had a number of emails and text messages from them, offering me a settlement on my account. This was really generous and I was able to pay the settlement offer in full.

I have started getting texts from them…

I have started getting texts from them AGAIN about a debt that I had settled with the original company, this was in 2014, it is time statued anyway but they keep trying their luck! I do not owe anything, when I asked them in 2015 to send me all correspondence of it they also sent me details of two other people who owed money, obviously they didn’t mean to do that, I had all these people’s names, addresses, debts, breaking all confidential rules, when I told them they said oh just throw them away, not doing that that’s my proof of how unprofessional they are. After speaking to someone on citizens advice they told me to ignore the messages. That was a few years ago and now they’re sending texts again. If I could zero points I would.

First time for everything!!!

This is purely based on my interaction with the young lady who picked up my call when I rang. The young lady was very professional and at the same time she was empathetic and seems genuinely want to help and showed concern and interest to the individual meaning me. It’s not just about customer service skills, but she was patient with me listened to what I was saying and re- iterated to w sure she understood the circumstances and at same time not being rude or arrogant and try to belittle or intimidate the person at the other end of the line.

Sympathetic company

They have been seriously kind and professional we were ripped off has to pay low monthly payment but we stuck to it no endless text , email or phone call and today I paid it off thank you for not being like Cabot they are awful , ringing and text every single day even when plans in place harassment at its best !

The agent was really helpful and put me…

The agent was really helpful and put me at ease from the get go, what I initially dreaded to be a stressful & upsetting experience was in fact the complete opposite, I felt like a weight had been lifted once the matter was resolved and an affordable payment plan had been set up.

Overall my experience was good



Review by Mr Phillip Watson: Overall experience was good. I had to call the Capquest, since I had sent a letter on 09/04/2026 and received no reply by letter which I had requested.
The Customer Agent Apologised and he was helped me to resolve my query and passed the request over to the relevant customer accounts team.

SCAMMERS

SCAMMERS - GOT MY NUMBER AND TEXTED ME, WHEN I TRIED TO CONTACT THEM THEY COULDN'T GIVE ME INFO, SAYING THEY GOT THE INFO FROM THIRD PARTY
