Our family has been with Carbonite for years. Carbonite has saved my bacon several times. It's powerful and so user friendly that using it is intuitive. I'm a fan for life!

Carbonite is an excellent back up service which I have used twice to completely back up my entire hard drive. The hard drive had failed in the computers I had and I had to rely on Carbonite to get the files back.

I've been using Carbonite to back up my computers for years and I've found it to be reliable, easy to use and has the added benefit of Webroot Security which I also like a lot. When I've had computers fail on me, I was able to download my files from the internet where they were safe. I've used the mobile app to access files on my phone when I was away from home. I'm very happy with the product and have recommended it to others.

Whenever I go to the cloud to download a file, everything on my HD is there. It works perfectly!

I love the fact that Carbonite is like Heaven for all my files. For even though it doesn't keep my files forever once I delete them from my hard-drive, it's nice that they will remain for awhile after I delete them.

At first, I way overthought it, but once the folks on the service desk were able to explain it to me, I am using all my files and I found whatever, whenever I need it. Great service. Note that the date is approximate; it was awhile ago. ...and the second time I needed to use it.

Carbonite has the ability to provide copies of files I deleted by mistake. Several times I've used it to retrieve important documents. I highly recommend it. It's so comforting to know that my files are being backed up constantly off-site and are available for retrieval from anywhere. I never want to be without it.

I'm just a home user who wanted a trustworthy and reliable off-site back-up service. While I was working for a large, multi-national company that had to ensure strict security for it's clients, I found that they used Carbonite. I started using Carbonite (the most basic package) in 2011 and twice have had to restore files, etc. after computer crashes. No complaints. I feel safe when I notice that Carbonite is automatically backing up my files, and it happens quite often, like right now. I believe you get what you pay for.

Very reliable - just works all the time

The accuracy of Carbonite's performance when I have a need to replace some of my documents; however, the attitude of your staff is "Ho Hum" when they are providing the assistance. It's a very poor image to project to any customer but especially to me who has one for many years!

I have lost all my information on my computer a couple of times and I was so happy that I had signed up with Carbonite so I got all my information and pictures back.
