Trying to sort anything out is very bad, took 5 different people one and a half hours on phone and it is still not sorted, over charge for a service they do not do anymore, no way to pay only by direct debit and I do not trust them to take the correct amount. seem very out of date payment system.

I recently contacted Careline as my contract was coming to an end and I didn't wish to renew it. I found the staff as courteous and helpful as they have always been.
