Problem solving.
I spoke originally to someone called Tom because I had a problem who was very helpful. He in turn put me through to a lovely lady called Matilda who was so very kind and so helpful, she solved my problem and put my mind at ease. I feel so much better now so 10 out of 10 for kindness and thoughtfulness and understanding.

Summary
The service was good periodical checks system is in working order fortunately I didn't have to use it for illness but felt assured it was there. Good system good customer relation, unfortunately not in my budget anymore.

Good customer service after harrassing emails.
Careline had repeatedly emailed saying my mother's account payments were behind, which was not the case. After making a formal complaint regarding this erroneous harrassment of an elderly person with Alzheimer's Kathy contacted me to apologise and offered M&S gift cards as a goodwill gesture. Kathy was excellent, professional and understanding and, to date, there have been no more emails of this kind.
