Good customer service after harrassing emails.
Careline had repeatedly emailed saying my mother's account payments were behind, which was not the case. After making a formal complaint regarding this erroneous harrassment of an elderly person with Alzheimer's Kathy contacted me to apologise and offered M&S gift cards as a goodwill gesture. Kathy was excellent, professional and understanding and, to date, there have been no more emails of this kind.

Fast response, good product with unreasonable contract inflexibility
Fast, responsive service - including a much needed very fast delivery of the Careline 365 kit and subsequent testing following my easy to follow installation. Slight glitch with customer service in a followup call over an unnecessary demand referencing GPDR. Would have got 5 stars if the package had included refund flexibility: it is unreasonable to demand 12 months commitment for a person nearing 103 years old - please reconsider!
