STAY AWAY!!!! ZERO if I could give them that. I got pulled over by the guards and got told I don't have insurance even though I was paying every month. I rang the insurance and they told me it was their mistake because they had put the wrong registration down. When I demanded a refund since I was paying for someone else's insurance for months I got told I did not qualify for a refund. Even though they listened back on the convesration with them and clarified that it was their administration mistake. Awful awful company to deal with, very rude and not helpful. Especially Oscar the supervisor, heavily rude and ignorant. STAY AWAY AT ALL COST

Very helpful and efficient customer support person - Asian accent / call started 16.05hrs 05/08/2026
He sorted an issue where my payment for renewing my bike policy was refused (due to a changed bank card). More than 7 days had elapsed since the payment failed so the procedure to correct was a bit tortuous.
All carried out in a patient and efficient way, although I would appreciate a further follow up warning before cancelling my policy.
