Took my van to carpet monsters,interior seats, roof lining and back was full of years worth of dirt and grime, also oil, came back all fresh and clean, couldn’t believe the results, outstanding job. Will 100% use again, and recommend. 10/10 from me.

Brilliant service, came out to clean our office carpets which were badly stained, this was a urgent job which Andy came straight away to do, the job was 11/10 stain removed in no time, I will most certainly be calling Andy again for his services and definitely would recommended to everybody, great value for money and nothing is too much for this guy, keep up the good work, i will be in touch soon no doubt, all the best in these difficult times.

The owner Andy talks a lot and is a good salesperson. The job is good but I would not classify it as extra ordinary. He is not cheap. My entire house is carpeted and even though there was one rug of the same carpet near my patio door he did not clean it. Would have taken no more than 5 mins. When he quoted for the job he impressed me by saying he will take 5-6 hours to clean a 3 bed house but as I had some stains I expected he would endevaour to remove them. No such luck. Work took approx 4 hours and carpets are still damp. Impressed me by saying he uses stuff that evaporates quickly but it is no different to what I have used on my own or what other carpet cleaning companies use.

Outstanding service. Came to our new house within a couple of days so we could have the carpets cleaned before the furniture went in...carpets we thought we were going to have to replace now look like new. Attention to detail was outstanding. Brilliant job, thank you.

Lounge carpet cleaned for the first time in years and Carpetmonsters have done a great job on it. It looks totally refreshed and almost as good as new, which, considering it is 14 years old, is quite an achievement. We have no hesitation in recommending Andrew and Carpetmonsters and will certainly be using them again.
