Andrew did a wonderful job cleaning our carpets in our all rooms and lounge which became very dirty due to mud....he is so polite and professional and also manage to come and do the job in his busy schedule before christmas as we were expecting guest on christmas eve....thouroghlly done job and i must say he is a perfectionist

We gave them a real challenge with our toddler and pet infested lounge carpet and horrendous sofa... I'd had a go with hot soapy water and a scrubbing brush and gave it up cos the only noticeable difference was some small blisters that were forming on my hands.
So we gave Carpetmasters a call and they were able to come the same day!
The second the two guys walked through the door they gave an immediate impression of professionalism and we're friendly and down to earth.
We didn't need to lift a finger as they moved everything out of the room before setting about our horrid floor and sofa.
Loads of equipment came in and they went to work, friendly banter and merriment as they went.
The end result is quite frankly stunning! Our carpet is like new and our sofa, that was on the brink of heading for the tip, has a new lease of life with one friend asking if we'd bought a new one!
Cannot recommend these guys highly enough, first class in every way and thoroughly deserve to be successful.
No hard sell tactics and they gave you the impression they were passionate about their work.

We moved into this house and did some work and the carpet became very dirty with plaster and paint. They did a very good job on a very dirty carpet and it is now like new and the carpet feels springy and soft to walk on. Would recommend them - they also moved furniture round.

Carpets came up a treat... So much so that we got them back the next week to do the whole house... Great job, will definitely recommend.... 10 out of 10....

Had my carpet cleaned today and very pleased with it. The staff were very polite and professional and have done a brilliant job couldn’t recommend them enough. I’ve 2 young children so spillages galore, but they have made it look brand new. Its quite a thick carpet that had compressed over time with walking on it which they have somehow made it feel soft underfoot again. Definitely be using them again.

I had two carpets cleaned by Carpetmonsters and I have to say, the results on both were far better than I expected. My light beige living room carpet had a stubborn stain, which two other cleaning companies had been unable to remove...which has now gone! The overall service was exceptional, they arrived on time even during heavy snow. Both Andrew and Gary were polite, friendly and professional. They took great care when moving my furniture around to clean underneath it. I will certainly use them again and recommend them to anyone. Great job guys, thank you very much.
