I bought a car in 2016, first six months were fine then losing coolant, cracked head gasket, leaking oil, changed the battery, spark plugs tice in three years. I wouldn't use this company again.

Great service
Great service, cannot fault the service, from the team and Carspring, just slightly disappointed with the cleanliness of the car, on arrival, was animal hair in boot and back seat, but I shall clean and valet the car myself..

Fair company who gave good customer service
I put a reservation fee down for a car that I liked. Spoke to the guys in the office about the car and ultimately decided the car was not for me. They were very prompt in returning the reservation fee and I will continue to consider their company for my next car purchase.

Quick and easy? Maybe not.
So, I went onto carspring, saw the car I wanted, applied for finance, got accepted. Had a phone call from Dom explaining all the steps to me that would need to take place and that I could add my delivery cost to the final car cost, great, put down my reservation fee on the car and was feeling positive. Next few days, I heard nothing, so I rang them. I had been told the car I had paid to reserve was "unavailable" and they were "sourcing" the car for me, fine. I then rang and asked for updates and spoke to Matt, he had informed me that the car had been sold just after I put my reserve fee down. I had then waited for updates, still nothing, so I chased. They offered me a same but different type of car which I accepted - my patience wearing thin I just wanted to get this hurried on. I was then told because I was a provisional learner that I needed to take out insurance on the car, which I happily obliged seeing as I was hoping this would hurry the process, it still hasn't, I've also been told that I now can't have the delivery fee added to the final cost and that they wanted a wired payment over more or less immediately, which I said I couldnt do as I hadn't budgeted for this to happen. I had also specified a date for delivery but was told that unfortunately we can't offer that date now even though it was promised via phone call - It's now the 30 January - I couldn't have the car that I wanted because they had sold it, I have insurance out on a car that I don't have yet, I'm going to be around £200 down because of a delivery fee which I don't really feel as if I should have to pay it anyway because of being given false information and basically having to put money down on a car that I was never going to have, it's basically a month later and there seems to be no positive signs I'm even going to get the car at all. I'm usually a very rational and reasonable person but my patience is wearing thin and the only reason this review has been given 3 stars is because of Matt and Dom who have been most helpful and trying to make good of a frustrating, stressful situation. This was supposed to be my first car and this completely has destroyed the celebration of that. I'm stressed out, let down and frankly ready to give up and cancel this whole thing.

Really takes the hassle out of buying a car. Just moved to London for work and I just didn't have the time to spend looking for a car. The delivery service was an ideal solution. Great Service
Great service and there was always someone available for any questions I had. When the car was delivered the driver was able to answer all the questions Inhad and was a very pleasant person to talk to. Only issue I had was that the V5C/2 green slip was not given to me however when I called Carspring they were able to give me the reference number quickly.

Brilliant service
My experience with carspring has been a really easy process, kept me informed from start to finish. My car was delivered in 2 weeks with a full tank of petrol and the car was immaculate inside and out. The guy that delivered the car spent a good half an hour going through some of the features the car had as I was a bit unsure of some of them. Thank you carspring you have made this lady a very happy one.

Awesome!
I'd never bought a car on finance before and the whole thing scared me- I hate pushy car sales people too... But Carspring made it super straightforward, the finance company (jigsaw) were brilliant and guided me through the whole process. The car was delivered in perfect condition and on time.. All in all I can't fault the experience. I'd definitely buy through Carspring again- but for now my car is great so I'm sticking with it!
