So was taking my Samsung curved TV for…
So was taking my Samsung curved TV for a bit back. Rang the Louth store ahead so wasn't driving 50 mins for nothing. Got there they agreed on a price and then told me that there was a problem with it. Making out they were experts when they had googled the TV they said my TV was broken. They didn't spot in there Google search the mural effect that happens in curved screens which Samsung say is not a problem. Workers in there are rubbish.avoid at all costs

Terrible service
Terrible service, staff always seem fed up and argue amongst each other. Manager needs some customer service lessons, very rude. Go to CEX for better prices as we was told. No staff will ever reply to a query or complaint. Don't bother with this place.

Amazing online order from Cash Converters Perth!
Cash Converters in Perth gave me a great experience from start to finish.
I had been browsing the online site for a while and had my eye on an item. Late Tuesday evening I sent an inquiry as I am unfortunately quite far from Perth and unable to visit in store. First thing on Wednesday morning I received a really helpful response from the store manager, Conner. Following this response, I purchased the item and was delighted to see that it was dispatched the same day with fully insured, tracked, next day delivery. Cut to today, I have the item with me less than 48 hours after my initial online inquiry.
To top this all off, the item was in even better condition than it looked online, and I couldn't be happier. In a world of businesses seemingly taking customers more and more for granted, I really felt compelled to highlight the amazing customer service from Conner and his team at Cash Converters Perth. I’ve always trusted cash converters…
I’ve always trusted cash converters because I order like 3/4 things a month off them from different stores, I bought a blender it showed it in very good condition excellent even when asked about it & it turned up full of MOULD and I mean full thick MOULD and I have pictures to prove it on top of that the jug is cracked, the blender smokes when you switch it on = dangerous I’ve reported to environmental health tonight with the videos and pictures to them as I can’t comprehend how this was packed up and sent in the condition it’s in and the store want me to PAY to return it .. I think NOT they can provide everything themselves and send it to me pack and send as why should I foot a bill for something they did? Who packed this? Why did they pack it? Surely you see that in that kind of condition you bin it!!! I wish I could upload a picture here to show it ☹️☹️☹️ and bad enough I bought this for my dad to blend his drinks because he’s had a liver transplant I be worried this would send him for another liver replacement!!!!!
