Received orders promptly

They "sold" me phone January 27 (and first of all take my money). January 30 the order was canceled by Cellification.com after start of fake USPS shipping. They said that phone was out of stock. Now February 9 but I still haven't money back. Seems, Cellification just stole my money.

Best in business! Cannot beat their prices and customer service. They offer a wide range of phones contract free and unlocked for any service. Phones come as advertised and packaged neatly to ensure safety for your item. They are truly on top of their game and I would gladly be coming for more.

I ordered a hotspot from Cellification and when I powered it up the unit was stuck in a boot loop and was unusable. They approved an exchange but the second unit I sent had a defective battery that was bubbling and not holding charge. Additionally, that unit wasn't unlocked even though I purchased an unlocked device. Overall I chose Cellification because of their low prices, but in the end I ended up spending more because of having to ship a defective unit back to them, purchase a new battery, and unlock the device myself. To me this is shady behavior.

I purchased a phone from them but decided to return it. There was an issue with my refund but the team sorted it out very quickly and we came to a reasonable solution. I appreciate the care they gave to my concern. They have a good selection with good prices, and good customer service to go along with it.

Advertised UNLOCKED phone, but it turned out to be a T-Mobile phone, no apology, no prepaid return, BS!!!!!

Great store I had issue ordering but I contacted customer service by phone they placed the order for me they also help me to understand the difference between unlocked and locked cell phones I purchase Samsung s23 from they also added a coupon for me I paid 490 for new Samsung s23

They are an extremely reliable company that offers good deals and most of all great customer service. I have had an issue finding the phone i wanted and i was very happy with the representative i spoke with through the chat on their website. They explained everything thoroughly and politely and i was glad to make my order online. I would buy from them again in the future just because of their excellent customer service and prices. Product also game as advertised with the right shipping method i selected.
