Don’t buy anything from this seller.I brought 12 pro battery, already paid but not received, no refund .

Hit or miss.
I had two transactions that never appeared on the website, and I received neither a confirmation email nor a refund until my bank got involved. I recommend using a Revolut single-use virtual card.
On the other hand, the orders that did appear on the website arrived within 3–4 weeks. Import fees were charged only after the package arrived in the destination country, unlike AliExpress, which applies those fees before shipping.

I had a great experience ordering from this company. I live in the USA and needed my item shipped to the USA. Everything went smoothly: shipping speed, email updates, communication from the company, etc. Highly recommend. 👍

You will not receive your order, I ordered on 8 May and today is 28 June 2026 still order not dispatched yet to KSA.
Really bad experience. And now refund generated.

Fraud company.I ordered a cellphone battery in 23rd May.
They have not delivered till now.,when I mail an enquiry they beat around the bush

This company lies and lies. They make promises about shiping dates and customs clearances. They promise to refund return postage costs. Its all lies.

I have waited 5 months for a re-delivery of a faulty screen. Still waiting. Still geet all the promises how they are doing such and such. Dont believe a word. They are fake

I ordered a back panel of a phone. After weeks of delay they said it was ahipped, weeks later the invalid t&t number told me through a screenshot of Cellspare (t&t never gave any real info) that it was dangerous prohibited items. So i suspect they never ahipped anything and came up with a screenshot since i contracted customs and they don't have any ahipment with that t&t or that company name.

Let's see if they reply to this review....

this is really a dacoit company, once they got your money, its all your fault, they never return money and also threaten you by saying you can't cancel order or get refund your amount back. even they said you have to charge a cancellation charges saying they imported there product just for you, so you have to be charged. they never know any law, always disrespects Indian Law

If there would have been an option of negative star would have given that.

Ordering from sites like this feels like scammers are better than these companies.

Upon placing a review on your platform they finally "claimed" to have processed my transaction on 23/04/2026 days after my review was posted. They then contacted me with a tracking number which is inconsistent with my purchase as I PAID FOR DHL OR FedEx SHIPPING EXCLUSIVELY. I am yet to receive the product. They demanded that I remove my review.

Rubbish company, never sent my order, as a matter of fact wouldn't even contact me about delays or anything else. I've sent them over a dozen emails, all they had back were excuses and promises a.k.a. lies. They managed to burp it out after 65 days, that they won't send my order. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING HERE. The only positive thing in this is, that I didn't have to file a chargeback, because they refunded me (yea, after 65 days of waiting).

Overall it's great ,the quality of the product, price and customer support was great i refer to my friends to get helped by cellspare regarding smartphone accessories and spare parts

I ordered a battery from Cellspare.com. The package was already damaged and hot when delivered. Upon opening, I found the battery visibly bent and dangerously hot to the touch. It was a clear fire and explosion hazard. For the safety of myself and my property, I had no choice but to dispose of it immediately.
I contacted the seller right away with photos and a video showing the damage. Instead of offering understanding or a quick refund, they responded with generic messages demanding I return the hazardous battery to India, without tampering with any stickers. They showed zero concern for the serious safety risk.
Despite multiple follow-ups, the responses were slow, unhelpful, and completely ignored the danger. I will not be returning the item — no carrier would accept a swollen, hot, and bent lithium battery anyway.
I am still waiting for a full refund. This company sells dangerous products and refuses to take responsibility.
Strongly avoid Cellspare.com. Not worth risking fire or explosion. Terrible experience from start to finish.

I ordered 2 products, got delivered in almost 10 days location Bengaluru.and one of product sent is different model and I have to send it back to them again with my own money and packaging charges etc..this was mentioned before you place order terms and conditions.and then after almost 10 days got the product (as per t and c).
They are responding on what's app on timely but bit rude.
Finally got replacement product on May 4 th.
21- March 2026 placed order and order fulfilled on May 4th 2026.

I purchased Poco C40 replacement screen, and to my experience it was a surprise that how excellent quality screen was, keep up the good work team

I needed a new screen for my Sony Xperia XZ1 compact in pink. I confirmed with Cellspare BEFORE I ordered it and was assured they had it available instock for immediate shipping. I received an order confirmation. However, I never received any shipping information. When I contacted them asking for it they said the delivery date was 2 May and it was in processing. This was the same response I got each time I asked for shipping details. Eventually I realised there was no time left for a deliver to to be made by 2 May (they are in India, I am in Australia) and so yet again I contacted them. By this time more than 6 weeks had passed. I mentioned in my email that I had read many complaints amounting to the same thing. They responded by cancelling the order and refunding my money. NO contact from them before doing so and NO explanation before actioning the refund. When I queried their action they accused me of constant threatening to go public with my complaint and also threatening legal action. I had done neither! Until now! They did then provide a clearly fabricated diatribe on why they had not fullfilled my order which I frankly do not believe. They then suggested I accept a different colour screen for my PINK phone! I would strongly caution AGAINST dealing with this company. They just cannot be trusted to either send what you have ordered, or tell the truth when challenged, or even communicate honestly IF there is an issue with honouring the purchase contract.

I have ordered a battery for an old phone, something you can't find in many places, but Cellspare had it, received the battery just right.

They have also checked if the order has arrived and if it was working ok

If I'll ever need anything else I'll place my order again there 👍
