OUTRAGEOUS DELIVERY COSTS
Put an order in and the delivery cost from Kirkcaldy to Invergordon (174 miles) was £60.00.
Put the same order into Catering24 delivery cost from England to Invergordon (460 miles) was £15.99 both companies use DPD for delivery,
Emailed CFW and asked why the cost were so high for the same courier company to deliver to the same country was told courier charges were out of there hands. Emailed them back and gave them proof of the 2 courier costs for the same products, but got the same reply.
Obviously CWF don't want to deal with the business's in the 35% of Scotland's geographical area

bad experience
I paid a very expensive shipping to be sent to the United States the chocolates came totally melted, they didn't put an ice bag to cool the chocolate and they arrived like water all melted I was at a huge loss and I do not recommend the purchase.

Hello Lidya, did you order under a different name? As we do not have a record of any orders under your name on our system. Its regrettable that your chocolate arrived melted however we do not offer refrigerated shipping. We would have been happy to advise this if you had asked us in advance. A lot of the chocolate we sell is intended for melting for using in chocolate fountains for example. We do state on our website that chocolate can melt in the warmer months but it does not affect the quality of the product and can be used as normal.

When purchasing from this company, you do not get invoices, need to constantly email and ask for invoices as the email get ignored too

Dear Alison, invoices should be emailed automatically on the day an order is dispatched so we apologise that your invoice didn't arrive. We have no record of you requesting invoices from us but confirm that your requested invoice has now been emailed over to you. Invoices can also be downloaded from your customer account at any time.

Needs a massive improvement will be moving away from using them now used them for 3 years spent almost 1k each month on goods but recently cost me 3 x that in sales due to their late deliveries says order by 2pm for next day hardly true anymore many times it comes after 2 or 3 days have gone down massively in my books

Dear Hashim, thanks for taking our phone call regarding this issue. As explained, there have been times that our courier DPD have had problems with vehicles being held up in incidents on the way to the main sorting hub overnight which results in a 24 hour delay with some parcels. These incidents are thankfully rare. We hope that you will give us another chance for us to show that we are committed to providing a great service for our customers.

Really enjoying their range of products and exploring more. They have all been great tasting and very well received. Delivery is very fast too, pleased with that too. Had an issue with one of my orders but Customer Services resolved it very quickly so they get 5 stars too!
