Clean and tidy although the bin lid…
Clean and tidy although the bin lid wouldn’t shut so had to secure it with a heavy object. Kitchen was a bit lacking of bits and pieces such as tea towels and larger mixing bowls but generally was good. Could do with a mop and bucket and a broom perhaps.

The place overall was excellent, the flat is well positioned, clean and modern. For a first time experience it is a little bit of effort and confusion. There is a second check in page you need to do that was not emailed, and you need to scan documents (which in today’s world sending personal stuff is hard) then they take a deposit which is not mentioned anywhere on booking.com… the flat itself was lovely. And recommended.

To clarify, we operate remotely from our properties, and for guest safety and security we require ID verification and a security deposit. These steps protect both guests and the homes, and they are stated on all booking channels before a reservation is made.
The second verification page is part of this security process, but it should have been clearer and easier to navigate. We appreciate that sharing personal documents can feel uncomfortable, and we’re reviewing how we communicate this requirement so guests know exactly what to expect before arrival.

Great location for visiting Wembley…
Great location for visiting Wembley stadium for a concert. Parking was easy and secure and £15 for 24 hours was reasonable. The check in process was simple and the studio apartment was lovely & modern with great views of the canal. Very clean and a great spot for an overnight stay.

Great stay at Battersea
Lovely clean accommodation. Ideal for a short break. Would stay there again. Just a couple of minor issues only one toilet roll in each bathroom I think 2 should be a minimum no kitchen roll. The main bathroom had only two light bulbs working instead of 4.

We provide starter consumables to get guests set up for their stay, but I agree that two toilet rolls per bathroom would be more appropriate, and we’ll review this with the team. Stressful
The apartment was beautiful but the whole check in process was a nightmare.because I had no access to my emails it took a week of WhatsApp messages(over 50) plus phone calls .was told the day before my booking unless I provided the security i.e a selfie ,passport or driving licence plus a£100 security deposit I wouldn't be allowed in,thank God my son was able to step in and take over,I understand the need to keep things secure but this felt way over the top,I asked for a refund and just cancel the whole thing so I could book something less stressful was told it was non refundable.won't be doing it again,, in hindsight I appreciate the security process Charles hope has in place and agree it felt very safe and secure to stay there, I can't emphasis how beautiful , clean and modern the apartment was, literally home from home, everything we needed, feel I was a bit hasty saying I'd never do it again, my email problems was not the fault of the company, having experienced the quality of the apartment I'd definitely like to try it again

Great…
Excellent spacious apartment on the third floor of this two year old residential block of residential homes. Well positioned for our visit. We stayed 3 nights and would certainly revisit.
Neglected to book parking on booking apartment was an error as none on available later. £15 a night seemed expensive. A resident gave us a tip on parking off site and in the vicinity which worked well for us, although we did have 2 nights parking on site as compensation for an small error made by the company which was quickly and efficiently remedied. Thank you.

Lovely clean comfortable flat
Lovely clean comfortable flat. Good hot shower. All essentials provided.
When we had a problem with door codes, support got back to us quickly and sorted matter out.
Only reason didn't give full five stars were the following issues:
Disgusting state of communal bins in car park, crammed so full that rubbish blowing all over car park, had to walk through it. Very bad first impression.
Head on shower needs repair - water spouting out the back instead of all coming out of the head.
The fan in the bathroom isn't working.
Instructions for wifi in email were completely wrong. (We were eventually able to get correct details from the card on the router.)
Directions didn't give the actual name of the building, so initially we thought we might be in the wrong place.
Email said code for door to building and door to flat was the same - it wasn't!

The apartment is spotlessly clean and…
The apartment is spotlessly clean and very modern. We had private secure parking and used the location to visit Edgbaston Hundred. However, there was only one tumbler glass and that was cracked ( reported at check-in and not changed), the handwash in the bathroom sink was empty -( the shower washes are full), the shower trap cover is missing and there was no tea towel to dry the cups, nothing major but someone is letting you down due to not paying any attention - all the above are obvious. Thanks for the stay.

Very neat apartment only downside no tea towel or coffee. Great location and only 26 minutes to central London via tube. Tube 8 minutes walk from our stay.

Apartment was way too hot
Apartment was way too hot, around 30 degrees, with no way of cooling it and no additional fan - only option to try and cool rooms was to have patio doors open, but Staines High Street seemed like a fighting ground late into the night and all through the early hours of the morning, literally with Police dealing with someone from 6 am

There is no clearing for the house, and there is no enough tissues for four days' living, it's really terrible.

The premises was filthy and in poor condition
The premises was filthy when I turned up with the car park littered with trash and broken glass.
The hallways are filthy and the carpets are badly stained.
The keypad for my room wasn't properly secure. Then inside the property... the handles of the doors were almost hanging off and therefore wouldn't close properly. The blind in the living room was broken and therefore everyone across the road could see directly in! No privacy. The shower hose leaked and the sofa was stained up.
I reported the broken blind upon arrival and was told it would be attended to the next day. 3 days later and nothing had happened, despite me chasing ever day and being promised I would be dealt with.
EDIT - it’s been 3 weeks and still no deposit refund either and I have chased everyday with an auto reply saying someone will be in touch. I e heard absolutely nothing. Awful!

The state of the car park, hallways and carpets is unacceptable, and I appreciate how this would have set a poor first impression. The problems inside the apartment — insecure keypad, loose door handles, broken blind, leaking shower hose and stained sofa — should never have been present for any guest. You were right to report the blind immediately, and I’m particularly sorry that despite being promised action, nothing was resolved during your stay. That is not the level of follow‑through we expect from our team.
I’m glad to hear the location and WiFi worked well for you, but I fully recognise that these positives don’t outweigh the issues you experienced.
