Won’t refund even though im without money now :(
Opened an account with a free trial due to applying for a new home and had forgotten to cancel as i assumed it’d cancel itself … has 9.99 taken out my bank and requested to cancel straight away . Had a read and customers get refused as its their terms and condition apparently ? ? Even though it’s been not even one day of the cooling off period .? Pathetic and gutted as i don’t get alot of work due to benefits and now im going without . Hate this company wish i never signed up scammers . Also no section to cancel any further card payments as they take through apple pay . regardless if cancelled or not .
I joined 21st and the free trial
ended 28th. They charged me on the 28th exactly ?? this may make sense to some but i don’t feel like it is fair as you don’t even get a chance to cancel if you forget the 7th day!? it’d a 7 day free trial but you charge the 7th day? Absolutely gutted !! Not even used this website more than ONCE ! and im without money now :( £10 is alot when you dont have much .
not an excuse of course but i should have read other reviews . gutted

Just to confirm, your 7-day free trial starts on the day you sign up, which is counted as day one. If it isn’t cancelled before the end of that period, it will automatically renew. We do highlight this during the sign-up process to help avoid any interruptions for customers who want to keep using the service.
That said, we know that not everyone needs an ongoing subscription, which is why there are no minimum terms or restrictions on cancelling. We also appreciate how easy it is to lose track of trial dates, and we’re really sorry if this has caught you out.
