Chili's Avis 

Our waitress wasn’t very attentive, she asked for our drink order and brought them out and took our order, but after that, she never came back to check on us. We weren’t able to tell her that the food was lukewarm at best, and when she finally did come out, we told her that my brother‘s sweet tea was not sweet and she said she would be back with another one she left and was gone for more than 10 minutes. We had to get the attention of another server to see if he could locate our waitress, and when she finally showed up, she was empty-handed, wondering what we needed. I informed her that she never brought back my brother‘s sweet tea, and she looked completely lost. She then asked if she could bring it out in a to go container, started clearing the table brought back the tea through a few packets of sugar on the table and walked away now I’m not sure but I believe that lady really shouldn’t be waiting on tables so yes, we were not impressed at all. this was the Chili’s on 42nd St. in Odessa, Texas.

Hamburgers salty. Didn't like the way the hostesses (there were 3 of them,) handed you your menu and pointed you in the direction of your table. Not polite.

We had the best server. His name is Nick W. From the Detriot Chilis on Ford rd in Canton. He was so attentive and kept the food coming. He has a great personality for the server industry. We really enjoyed our dinner.

We tried calling Chili's on highway 30 in Gonzales Louisiana and we was making a phone order and they were out of everything almost I mean that's bad for business I don't know how they or any chili's in Louisiana stay open their service is just horrible all around and that's all over Louisiana I just wouldn't recommend no one to chili's

I placed a pick up order from Chili’s on Saturday May 30, 2026 from Pooler, GA location. I ordered a Cajun pasta with chicken family meal, two kids meals (a macaroni and cheese and cheese sliders), and a gallon of peach iced tea. Received text it was ready for pickup. Arrived at location. Walked in to pickup my order. I was handed a bag. I asked where my gallon of iced tea was after waiting fit a few minutes. I told the lady who asked what else I needed. Waiting for my gallon of iced tea. She said we don’t give gallons of tea. It is part of their menu online. I said please provide refund. The person who refunds said it will be 5 to 7 days for refund or I can give you two Chili’s $5 cards. I said give me the cards please. Disappointed in no gallon of mango iced tea. Drove home. The sliders were hard as a rock. The Cajun chicken pasta was supposed to be a family meal but it was only enough for two people. I ended eating the sliders and my wife shared the Cajun pasta with my 17 year old. Chicken was missing. It was mostly pasta. Garlic bread was smashed inside the tray wrapped in foil that sucked up all the Cajun flavor that was sprinkled on top. The only thing good they couldn’t mess up was the kids Macaroni and cheese. Food is pricy. I have to go in and dine in to cash the 2 $5 gift cards. Shameless.

I ordered the chicken bacon ranch quesadillas and it was the nastiest I've ever had. They were saturated with grease and had very little chicken. It has been some time since I've eaten here and I'll leave it at that.

I went there with 2 friends we ordered 3 for me burger it was 10.99 we did not change anything just the way it was the bill came 12.99 we ask the server she came back and said we fixed it then they charge us for a game then the manger came and said may be you touch it by mistake we told him we did not touch i think people should be aware of the scam never going back

Went to the Pompano Beach location. Not satisfied with the pasta dish I ordered. The pasta was undercooked. Even when I told my server she did nothing about it. 95% of my meal was left on the plate. An adjustment to the price would have been the right thing to do 😡😡

Is was not great. Chicken sandwich was so tough and fried hard as a rock. I saw a ticktock the compared Chili's chicken sandwich with Wendy's, McDonald's and a few more small chain fast food places. It showed chili's chicken sandwich after she bit into it and it looked twice as big as everyone else as looked like the chicken was 1-1/2" thick. Well I got mine today and the chicken was about 1/2" thick if you are lucky. It was so hard you could break a tooth off trying to eat it. Small chain stores have you beat 10 to 1 on the chicken sandwich. Sorry it was terrible.

We got there and had to wait 20 minutes to be seated when they weren't busy. There were four of us and we all placed separate orders. The one couple got their food but me and the other lady waited over an hr for our food. The mgr said our orders never reached the kitchen so they did get entered but like I said it took over an hour. Our food came and I had her just pack mine up. Then the other lady said they burnt her burger so she did not want the order. They discounted my meal and charged our friend $5 for a tiny cup of soup. We left very disappointed.

We ate at the Chili’s in Brighton, Mi. There were 5 of us. 3 of us had “after affects” when we got home. We ate different things but all had the same results. The soup was luke warms, the ribs were dry, the macaroni and cheese was like soup and the noodles were undercooked. We waited about 15 minutes for a margarita and it came in a small rocks glass.
They did not bring out all the food at the same time.
The people were nice.
I hadn’t been there in a long time and won’t be going back.

Chilis used to be good but lately they’ve been corrupt. I have a collection of Chilis gift cards but I can never use them. They’re pretty much tricking people into purchasing gift cards but it is just a waste of money since no chilis takes them. I understand restaurants need to make money but that’s not right. I want to bring this to people’s attention so they stop purchasing Chilis gift cards because it’s really just throwing money away.

The Chili’s off of Barrett Parkway Kennesaw Marietta, Georgia was horrible. Whenever you go in to have an order to go. They don’t pay attention to your order. They screw up every time and now they don’t let you have an option to not tip. I’m not tipping for it to go order, but my mother unfortunately tipped because she had to her no choice never will eat at Chili’s again.

I need to let you know I just spend almost an hour trying to navigate thru your menu on the web site to be told at the end of the order the chicken sandwiches I was trying to order were "not available, select something else". These were the Crispy Chicken Sandwiches, one was spicy and the other two were regular. All together just under $40.00 that your company just blew off as now I need to go to Applebee's. These are the sandwiches that my television is being inundated with the commercials about. Damn shame. Wanted to try them. Not no more. This was supposed to be my birthday lunch. Oh well.

Chilli store # 1650 on Craig road is a horrible place to eat from. Victor is a manager and a very disrespectful one . He does not care about his customers nor does he care about the quality of the food being sold and served. NEVER GO TO CHILLI’s They serve spoiled food daily. They are told to sell the previous nights food that did not sale . I was sold spoiled Mac and cheese two times in a row and the manager victor did not care. He literally gave me his a** to kiss and did not care how I felt . Told me there was nothing he could do about it and took the next customer as if I wasn’t standing there. There was a black guy worker here a gay guy , he responded months ago in the way a manager should. This manager came off very rude and because of his disrespectful demeanor and because the food is always spoiled will never eat here again

Chilis at Gwinnett Place is dismal. The food is cold and unseasoned. The management team has gone downhill and is extremely unprofessional, from attitudes to lack of presence. The level of service is poor. Don’t waste your time or money.

The Cajun Pasta used to be so good and now its just plain and simple, no tomatoes or scallions anymore, it was definitely better the original version.

Chilies in Edmond Oklahoma is fantastic! Gage was extremely helpful in every way!

Used to like Chili's. Tried it again. Service was fine but nothing personable. Tab was $56 for two menu items and two teas. Poor food. worst dried out chicken wings ever in my life. Everything else was over cooked. I am so disappointed. Not the same Chili's I remember. We will never go back to any location

My wife and I were at Chili's in Canon City, CO, a couple nights ago. I ordered Cajun chicken/shrimp/pasta. It was totally bland! No hint of any seasoning, let alone Cajun!
Disappointed, I took it home. Today I added butter, olive oil, garlic, black pepper, kosher salt, and smoked paprika to it, heated it up. It wasn't Cajun but, at least it has flavor! I won't be goin back to Chili's, any Chili's!
