I've ordered cheese burgers and few times in the past mo and everytime I say well done and everytime it red inside not even halfway done so no more chills for me

This is my first time in a long time, eating at chili and it was awful. The food was cold and the manager was less than sympathetic. They did not even offer a discount or anything on the food. Our server was very nice and friendly, but I don’t believe I’ll be returning.

I am so disappointed, I'm tired and hungry worked a double and just came there to eat and relax get me a drink, but unfortunately it didn't work out that way. My food was cold like they put it in the refrigerator and the cheese on the fries was hard and wide like a spiderweb 🕸️. The liquor drink was awful tasted like perfume and all I wanted was to get another drink and that didn't happen and I was told they can't do anything about it. Manger said you still have to pay for it. That was my first time trying them and it was an awful experience. I will never go to Chilli's again. Poor customer service skills. I spent 58.00 and they would do anything about it.

Server was a young man named Jackson. So polite, helpful, and knowledgeable. Y wife and I were totally impressed by this young man! We have always been a Chili's fan, but ones like him solidifies that fact.

My experience was outstanding. The manager John Palacio was very polite. He check on my table several times to see if there was anything he could. He thank us for coming to Chili's. He spoke to all the customers on the side I sat on. He brought plates to the tables. I never saw a manager in Chili's do that before. I had not been to chilis in awhile because the service was bad. My server was kayla she was excellent. It is nice to eat good food and have great service Chili's made my day.😊😊😊❤️❤️❤️❤️

I bought a $50.00 Chili's gift card online and received two $10.00 bonus Chili's cards. My wife and I frequently go to the Chili's for lunch or dinner. So, I used the two $10.00 bonus cards first, at different times and Chili's. The last time we ate there it was at the Chili's at 3909 Pavillion Ct. in Mesquite Texas and we had an issue with my $50.00 gift card. The payment kiosk on our table showed someone else's bill. The waitress said she removed the over $30.00 charge and I then payed my $14.00 bill. But weeks later we went to a different Chili's to eat and when I tried to pay my bill with what should have been $36.00 left on my gift card, it showed a ZERO balance. I was ripped off $36.00 and after calling Chili's corporate multiple times over the last two weeks, I still haven't got it back. We will never eat at a Chili's restaurant again...

Last night we ate at Chili’s in Springhill, Tennessee. There was a mixup with a table next to ours, and we accidentally paid their bill, Which actually was a higher cost than it was supposed to be. Shane was our server, and Tabatha Skeen oversaw the situation, and was so professional, and not only fixed the situation, but comped our meals, and gave us a dessert to boot! None of this was even necessary, because we understood that life happens, but she was adamant about making things right for the customer. Shane was an amazing server, and it was his first day at work! These kind of people remind us that people are still genuinely good natured on this planet.

My daughter and I ate at Chili's in Jacksonville, Florida, last night and the manager accused my daughter of "Dining and Ditching" her bill previous weeks earlier and told her that he will call the police if she ever comes back. IT WASN'T HER 😡 I cannot find a working customer service phone number online, so we have our attorney handling the formal complaint. Chili's, be mindful of who is representing your company.

I was eating at chilis in Jonesboro, Arkansas tonight with my family after church, and one of your waitresses yelled at an innocent host for no reason at all, the host was a younger girl probably 16 and just getting into the work force and the waitress was at least 25 and there was no reason for her to even yell at this poor girl the girl also cried from embarrassment most likely, which broke my heart enough for me to write this review and decide that i will NEVER eat at chilis at this location again if they are hiring people like this!! There is no reason a grown woman should yell at this child im sure she was under 18 and i hope chilis management will do something about this situation it was heartbreaking to witness. Hire better people please!!!!!

The service was terrible. We went at 2:30 in the afternoon. There were more employees there than patrons. We waited for 10 minutes with nothing. Nobody came to offer us a drink. Several employees walked past our table while we waited to have our order taken. After probably 15 minutes, we walked out. Again, nobody acknowledged us then either.
We went across the street to Red Lobster and got seated, offered a drink, and our order taken right away.

My husband & I went on a date night to Chili's in Merced, CA, only because it was the only restaurant still open at the late hr. When we were seated, there were crumbs all over the booth so my husband moved to the other side w/chairs. I was busy wiping off crumbs from my booth while the employee who seated us was telling us about their member's perks. He'd seen what I was doing but didn't offer to take care of it for me. As we were looking over the menu, I noticed our table was sticky. Our food came before my husband's salad because they forgot it, we had to ask for it. Our drinks were never refilled & went empty before our dinner was finished. We never made a fuss & while I was paying the bill through kiosk on table, it asked it there were any issues. I proceeded to answer the survey when the server came over & asked if I answered yes on the kiosk if there were any issues. It is unheard of that the employees know what's going on at the kiosk & had the audacity to ask me to skip the survey since the survey impacts her. I agreed & left the survey unanswered. While we were getting ready to leave, another employee came to ask what the problem was, our server informed him about the crumbs on booth & sticky table, he chuckled & said "have a good night". I can't believe how badly we were treated there, NEVER will we return to any Chili's. I was only going to answer the survey w/my grievances to the crumbs & sticky table but since I was denied that opportunity, I went ahead & voice ALL my grievances here. Customer service has taken a deep dive here.

Went to chilis in Southaven Ms. Never again! The waitress was very nice but the food was average. We had 2 southwestern egg rolls and 2 teas for $40! Could have gotten better for lower price somewhere else!

Overall taste and quality has dipped drastically...
Even after complaining manager plays dumb
There was no Recovery attempt
Won't be visiting again

My son and I went to have lunch today. We ordered an appetizer and a drink. I went to wash my hands when I saw the manager coming out of the bathroom.
I witness an employee coming out of a stall, he went and rinsed his hands (no soap) and went back to work in the kitchen.
I told the manager what I witnessed. The manager just stared at me with no apologies.
I guess this is acceptable...
I was confused at his reaction, which was none.
On the way home I had to stop and throw up because I was so disgusted.

😡😡😡WE WERE RACIALLY PROFILED BY CHILI’S AND MANAGEMENT‼️WAITED while the servers watched. Seated at 10, didn’t receive my food till after restaurant was closed. Items were cold. Dishes dirty with floating particles in drinks. Bathrooms were nasty🤮‼️Stoves had to be turned back on, because I was forgotten. I WAS TOLD THIS BY THE WAITRESS‼️ There was only one more table to be served in the restaurant, besides ours. We were the only ones in the restaurant. It was 2 white people, who were served on time, and appropriately. Management refused to speak with me, after asking 5 times. Waitress said people were ready to go home, in and out, didn’t really care, and that’s why I hadn’t been served appropriately. Then proceeded to tell me it wasn’t her responsibility. Another (black) team member came over and apologized for how I had been treated, as if it was her fault SMH‼️I WAS TOLD TO FIND MY OWN WAY TO CONTACT CORPORATE LITERALLY‼️ Totally disrespected my kids‼️$81.00 = TO BE MISTREATED AND RACIALLY PROFILED‼️They Actually ran, and Told me not to post this‼️I RECORDED EVERYTHING‼️SHAME ON YOU CHILI’S‼️ EVERYONE HS THE RIGHT TO BE TREATED EQUALLY REGARDLESS OF RACE. OR RELIGION‼️ ⚠️ BEWARE OF CHILI’S‼️

We have always loved chilis in Huntsville Texas but just ate there the potatoe soup was watered down the broccoli was raw and the steaks over cooked. Was told new manager. Well he stinks🙄

I love going to eat here. BUT..I wasn't feeling that great and ordered to-go. Cajun chicken pasta and the soup and salad for $10ish. We'll, the soup and salad is a sad excuse for the price! The salad is in a small white circular container smaller than my hand and with the dressing container shaved in it, the salad container is only half full (maybe 4 bites of salad in container). Very disappointed and will not even return there to eat inside after this.

Angelo of Chillis DFC was very accommodating and served as well… food as always is very tasty

I have been getting the quesadilla explosion salad for years at least once a week for quite a long time with all the toppings - black beans, red onions, peppers, tomatoes, etc..but recently it’s not the same -now it’s just a salad with a few tomatoes, red onions, & maybe peppers - I don’t like it near as much
