Don’t ever spend a penny on this website. They suck your money faster than a vacuum cleaner. There is no point of using the preferences when that is totally ignored. You can’t get a refund even after using it less than a week

I am loosing $150. paid for 6 mos. before realizing THERE REALLY IS NO MORE CHRISTIAN MINGLE ! First there were tons of Glitches. UNable to browse profiles for weeks. I complain to get refunded. They will not refund because past 3 days ! (while nothing worked).

Eventually I find out the whole site has been CHANGED ! The Master Company is POOLING all their dating sites into one conglomerate to create more profiles to offer. Now it's ALL SECULAR MIXED. Through one of their side buttons they only send me 7 Christian references a day of women who are so FAR from my state not even close to my state ! So there is NO ONE to contact ! Filed Bank Claim takes 3 mos.

This site is a rip off wont let you see who like unless you pay. Then most of the decent looking men are fake and even tried to scam money from saying they are widowers make you feel sorry for them and then manipulate. Very scary

I am writing this review after several months of using Christian Mingle, and I am ultimately very disappointed.
The primary issue I encountered was the overwhelming number of scammers and fake profiles ("catfish"). It feels like a significant portion of the user base is not genuine, which makes it extremely difficult to connect with real people. Furthermore, the reporting process for these fraudulent accounts is cumbersome and ineffective.
Beyond the safety concerns, I also found the platform’s demographic to be quite narrow, lacking the political and social diversity I was hoping to find in a partner.
Between the high volume of bots and the lack of quality matches, I do not believe this service is worth the cost of a premium subscription. I would suggest looking elsewhere if you are seeking a serious, safe, and authentic dating experience

I agree. You can never contact the people who are being profiled. You can not choose your area. I do not want to meet people half way across the country. It was my bad, I should have researched more.

Full of scammers I tried it for 6 months, then canceled my membership, over a week before it ended. then found out they hit my credit card again any way, and now will not respond to any of my requests, I alerted my Discover Card they said Christian Mingle said I never canceled, why in the hell would I want to renew for another 6 months? All they want is the money $$$

This is a terrible dating app. It’s like a ghost town. I never got one response. I think every profile is long abandoned. I think you have to pay and they don’t let ppl know if they like you. It’s they worst, don’t waste your time

90% of the beautiful ladies were nowhere to be found and most of my inbox messages were uncontactable after I paid up. What I did was I just signed up for J4Meet.com
and it's truly ahead of the pack (higher caliber site with real ladies). Can someone tell me how do I cancel my ChristianMingle subscription and get my personal data removed from there? I thought I had already done it, but yesterday I got a message from my bank (they attempted to bill me for another quarter, but luckily my bank blocked this transaction).

I was a yearly Subscriber to the Christian Mingle Dating site. A few years back I purchased (through a special promotion by Christian Mingle) a Lifetime membership.
A couple years ago they stopped honoring that agreement. Over and over in many different ways they kept cutting me off and removing accesses to me on the site I had paid for. At one point, (six wees ago) they banned me for some violation that they could not give a reason for. When I protested enough, they wrote and apologized. They then said they made a mistake and were giving me a one year free membership. Imagine a one year membership when I had previously purchased a lifetime one. AND, on top of that I was constantly prodded to upgrade (for a fee of course).
A few weeks ago all the many multiple problems accessing my site started again. When I started protesting again they simply would not hear anything I said and they have now completely ended my membership.
I have written them hundreds of times and asked for fixes...and nothing from them. I have asked for a refund and said I would go away, and nothing.
Some how people need to know about this nasty company. Please do not spend your money.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! When I sent a young man a polite message saying that I was not interested in him, christianmingle blocked my account and refused to let me either use their website or give me a refund. They wanted me to pay for a year with no access! If I could give negative stars, this would be where I'd give them.

Every single person that sent me a like was a scammer. I'm so disappointed in this site and more so, the people would use a site intended for those of faith to prey on them. Don't waste your money.

- Horrible unresponsive customer support.
- Very buggy site.
- Make excuses but nothing gets fixes since their last - failed upgrade.
- Promises 10 matches per day. 9 of 10 are 800 or more miles away instead of less than 100 as listed in preferences.
- frequent popup says problem -- not your fault -- try again. It appears they are unwilling to do anything to fix large numbers of problems with their site.
- Frequent pot up says "cooking" and wait but nothing ever changes from "cooking" if you do not log out or go to another part of the site.
- site is near worthless if they are not willing to fix the bugs.

BEWARE! This website was legit a few years ago, but it appears it's been sold to an overseas company. Regardless of that, it's a scam as of Oct 2025. You can no longer proactively search for matches- it's turned into the time wasting swipe left or right nonsense. And even after you set the preferences of what you're looking for, the so called matches they send you to swipe on are not even close to your preferences! They are just sending you random profiles. In the first 1-2 days I was already seeing multiple profiles with different names and ages, but THE SAME PHOTOS. (ie. Elaine was 42 and Layla was 39- both had the same photos with different information.) I was also contacted by an AI profile- the photos were of a real woman, but the texts and messages were obviously AI- poor sentence structure that barely made sense. No human texts or writes that way. In CA, you have 3 days to ask for a refund if you don't continue- each state is different, so be aware of your state's laws! Some states there is no refund. I was issued a refund on Oct 1st that was pending on my account, but when I checked it on the 3rd to make sure it posted.....NO REFUND! So I am reaching out again to the website one more time, before I take the refund up with my bank as a scam. Also, when I called the 866-925-5683 number listed on my bank account as the merchant phone number to try and address the missing refund- the phone number is an AI phone service for a life alert product! Call it and see for yourself. So Christian Mingle is anything but Christian or Mingle- it's a total scam through and through!!!

Ok, so I signed up for there service quite sometime ago (non-paid member) to check it out / try it out.
After some time I decided to go a head and pay for there six month membership. All seemed fine and I had no issues what so ever using there site. This was till they thought it would be a great idea to "enhance my experience" with there site! LOL Well, after that I started having multiple issues being able to log into there server! Oh and by the way there version of enhanced log in means instead of being able to input your user name and password on one page now you have to go to your e-mail server get a verification code go back to there verification page and put it in. if that was not bed enough that did NOT work for me. it would just ask for the code over again! If I put the same code in it would pop up a window asking me if I want to "leave the site" LOL if I clicked on the link asking for it to resend the code it never sent another code to my in box! Customer support is a joke! I keep on getting from reply's asking me to update my browser or my OS keep in mind there ole log in page I had no issues with what so ever! Oh and asking for a refund for a service that you pay for and can't use is a joke as well!! Seems that after three days you CAN'T get a refund!!! and to top that all off they will allow you to transfer your membership to a friend!!!!! LOL, LOL Ha, Ha. Ya let my friend deal with the very same shit I'm!!!! Well, buyer beware!!

horrible and waste of time you can’t see the people that liked you or the people that you liked and on top of that the profiles don’t even see active so if I was to pay to have the people who like me viewable, I’m sure once I contact them, it won’t even be a response

No sooner did the payment go through . than the app no longer works. They claim they will send a password reset . I have heard that from match , pof ect. The dating sites just treat people like fools. keeping there money then there is no customer service except as a fairy tale.What makes christian mingle particularly stupid is they block you because you move your profile. my mom lived in california and I went there constantly. Christan mingle freaks out that my profile was in oregon and california. They have been paid by me some 20 times. Then again i was blocked for the profile moves. I think they must be particularly retarded.

This site is a complete scam. The majority of profiles haven't been active for weeks or months. Also most of the profiles have no bio included, these are always people who created a free account to look around but never paid for a subscription hence you can’t contact them. After looking at profiles for about thirty minutes I’d estimate only 10-20% are paid, active accounts. I deleted my account immediatly so my profile won’t become part of the con.

What went right nothing. They show you Professionals in the pictures before you sign up and then when you get on the site, it is horrible and most of them are scams and when you report it, they say that they don’t do background checks and that’s how they make their money is accepting all these profiles that are fake. And I canceled my subscription within a week, and they keep sending me these pictures of these men that aren’t real. I am sure that this is not the first time that this is what they are hearing Christian mingle and their owners if you decide you want to sign up because you’re looking for a faith based connection. This is not the place. I am not talking about any dates I am talking about platforms. I had to meet and greets and they were not anything like their profile think twice think three times before you sign up for this site you will regret it. This has been helpful .M

I met Bruno 3 years ago. He has schizophrenia and bipolar disorder and narcissistic tendencies. He mentally and physically abused me and was charged with 5 counts of assault. He also verbally and sexually abused me and treated me with complete disrespect. This man is very sick and dangerous. He appears to be charming and friendly but he is not. Please ladies do not engage or get involved with this man He will hurt you and destroy you.
