If I could give a zero rating, I would. Thankfully I only paid for one month's membership. It was clear right from the beginning that this was a total waste of money and I closed my account and left after 2 weeks. I had a lot of messages from obvious scammers. Christian Mingle only showed me 4 members who they thought were a suitable match. One of these men was not in my age range, nor I in his and another was a completely different faith from me. I'm a member of Christian Connection which scores well on Trustpilot and is in fact a good site. Christian Mingle is the direct opposite of this other site. I would not recommend Christian Mingle to anyone and thought right from the word go that the people running this site aren't even trying to sort this site. This was as bad as it gets. I live in the UK.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. Absolutely the worst. I paid for a month of premium and spent time on the site. I've had decent success on other dating apps, but after a month did not have even one substantive conversation with a human being. The site is flooded with fake profiles and scammers and there does not seem to be any effort on the part of the site to keep them off. Search features are a joke and the using the site through a web browser is slow. Really one of the worst apps in the world. Stay away.

This website is all a bunch of b.s like all the others wouldn't recommend it to anyone at all.... super horrible and looks fake lots of bots and old profiles of women that haven't been on there for months, I don't see how that site got all these good reviews they must be all fake as well such a waste of money I advise not to spend a dime on these lying website.

How do I permanently delete my account on Christian Mingle? I've tried doing it on my own through the site but it keeps saying "ERROR, something went wrong”. Then I've tried chatting with a bot but get no answer after it asks for my phone number. I've tried calling the phone number associated with site and it states the "Call Center" is closed due to unexpected circumstances. This is ridiculous, I want off of this site!!!

There are definitely real, decent people on Christian Mingle, but they are hard to find. With my free membership, I was able to message back and forth with anyone who had a paid membership. Then, suddenly, without any kind of warning, all those messages became inaccessible to me unless I upgraded to a paid membership. I was very unimpressed with Christian Mingle for doing that.

Trash website. Went to create a profile went through the entire process, and then receive an email saying my profile was deleted because of fraud/ suspected fraud. I never even used the website so I contacted customer service. No reply 1 month later. Don’t waste your time.

Stay off of this site.

This site is a complete scam. They try to match you up with people all over the United States 1000+ miles away people that haven't been active for a year information that is extremely vague pictures that are too tiny to even look at. Many of which are not even Christian they are "spiritual". They try up selling you to buying icon flowers and things, how stupid!

I wish I had seen all these comments before joining Christian Mingle. I have only been on for less than two weeks and have had two fake profilers contact me. Unfortunately, I didn’t catch on right away to the first one, thinking I was on a Christian site what could go wrong?? This is my first dating site and will likely be my last. I have already cancelled my subscription but am paid up till April. Also, they have men listed on their site who haven’t been active for months and they keep sending me emails that they are matches! For all I know, they could be dead! Perhaps Christian Mingle had good intentions but there are many people in this world who do not, therefore, if they are going to charge a fee, they should at least do background checks on anyone who pays to join their site. I am so disappointed and discouraged about this whole experience. It was totally a waste of my money and my time when I spent days researching someone and couldn’t find out any information about the person. So save yourself money and aggravation and DO NOT join this dating site. Let Jesus take the wheel!!!!!

What a lousy app! The technology is so slow and glitchy. Many of the people online are no longer active, yet are left up giving the impression that there are plenty of people from whom to choose. Lots of scammers...been asked for gift cards and money. Wouldn't recommend this app!!

After one day of sign up they suspended my profile.
After I get connected to the management they asked me to provide an ID card, like they would be authorised.

I would agree with most of the reviewers on Trustpilot. It is full of fakes and acammers. I paid for a month's subscription and found that most of the women's profile were fake. And most of the ones I thought were real turned out to be scammers. And I identified 8 of them as such to technical support with pictures, and copies of background checks, etc. Two of the fake ladies used pictures of porn stars to garder attention. As I was working with technical support, the automatic renewal kicked in. And they would not refund my money. Even though I was going their job. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS DATING WEBSITE. It is not Christian based. It is a scam that supports scammers.

Log-in never worked, had to keep resetting password; not able to sign up for an account, constant website issues, tech support not helpful. Have tried to delete my details but no confidence that worked either.

It isn't ran by Christians. Let's first put that up front and center. I recently went to update my profile due to a spelling error, and wanting to add I wouldn't date anyone that had been married before. After a terrible experience from a user, which also uses THIS SITE TO STALK HER EXES.

Updated my profile. Moderator deletes my PICTURES FROM OVER TWO YEARS AGO! Wasn't even changed. That's right, pictures were not changed at all. No violation on them. Had the word Christianmingle in text on the pictures to prevent my EX that STALKS me from stealing the pictures, and making accounts.

Instead they reject my profile, say it has violated our rules. ZERO ability to say what rules. It says contact rules. HAS NO CONTACT INFORMATION IN IT. Then you look, and it says 'REJECTED PHOTOS'; NOTHING WAS CHANGED ON THE PHOTOS.

Wrote them, no response, but instead more disrespect.

So here's the thing. I use to report the fakes I'd find on this site to them. They've had dead women's pictures being used by scammers. Literally, one woman was a murder victim. Others are mostly there to scam.

The application doesn't work. The site barely can function. They charge more than almost any other site, and offer the least services you can get.

Terrible moderator team, terrible support team, and no help or care given. I do not recommend this site to anyone. Even if you're desperate. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

When I arrived here and got a paid account I only got messages from scammers. The site is really really bad. I mailed customer service on my first day and told them how bad the site was nobody responded of course. I forgot to switch auto-renew off so after a month I had to pay another month to the scammers. I mailed support straight away, but no refund.

Not great - despite all the 'people are all just catfishers and it's a scam reviews for this site, I got the impression there were actually quite a few genuine people on there. Can't vouch for how 'Christian' they are - as people seem to label themselves such if they turn up for church on Christmas or Easter etc lol Anyway, it was the management/infrastructure that failed me: I think I joined ages ago and then got disillusioned by it ( as I do most sites) but decided to give it another chance - but despite asking for help updating/reopening my account, I just received an email saying they thought my account had been compromised and so asked for my DOB and other details, completely ignoring my request for help to be able to log onto the site. Blessedly, I didn't pay for a subscription. I've been happily single for many years, feeling a calling to this, and have decided unless God wants it otherwise will just trust in this state for now - isn't that what Paul said in 1 Corinthians 7:9 - it's too easy for 'Christian dating' to become an idol or a distraction that comes before God and I'm thinking if God wants me to be married - he can sort it out without me resorting to degrading dating sites that treat people like less than human. I was hugely disappointed with this site despite all the advertising and really feel for the people who have entrusted it as a tool to find an honest Christian relationship.

Typically collection profiling then selling faked promising people. Profiling sold to third partys with not permissible.

Christianmingle as a company is pretty honest. They promptly refunded my account when I changed from 3-months to one month.

On the negative side:
*I was contacted by Many scamers from day one.
*Navigating the Website is Painfully Slow.
*Often some tabs (like 'who Liked me') Do Not Work.
*Pool of eligible quality singles is so small; no matter how much you expand the radius.

*It's over priced.
