I had the worst experience with CKB agent. I got a house through them and after a year, they increased the rent, we initially didn’t accept the rent increase and after thinking about it we accepted, only for CKB to ask us to leave despite the fact that we always paid on time and kept the house in good condition. They took us to court and forcibly kicked us out. It was a very terrible experience as we had to quickly sort out other form of accommodation on a short notice. The staff are so rude and unhelpful. They didn’t help when we complained about the landlord, all they were concerned about was the rent being paid on time. They are very unprofessional and rude. Now it’s time to collect our deposit, and they don’t want to release it despite the fact that we left the house in a very good condition. We were only there for a year and a bit...

CKB is the best. They made everything very easy for me, from moving in to moving out and everything in between.
Fatlum and Kelly were great every time. I had an issue with the washing machine in the apartment and it was deal with in no time.

Very friendly and professional. Answered any questions by email within an hour or two, didn't waste any time when visiting the estate agents making it a very seamless process having only to visit once. Arranged a viewing very quickly and were helpful at every stage. Have checked that everything with my new property is good. Couldn't recommend more.

We have been renting flat through to the agency for 2.5 years. Always very friendly approach. Also always very helpful. At the end of tenancy everything was quick and smooth. Overall we were very satisfied with the customer service. I would definitely recommend this agency.

Were polite and efficient on the phone so initial signs were good. So we went all the way across London after work for a flat viewing. Got to the flat. Found it's above a vaping shop - a total deal breaker as most mortgage lenders won't lend. Listing made no mention of it, no photos showing it. All artfully angled to show only the conventional parts of the building. An honest agent would include this information in a photo or state 'above commercial premises' in the listing. But CKB employed amateurish sleights of hand to bring a heavily pregnant woman across London to a totally unsuitable property. Well done. You wasted everyone's time (we didn't even go inside), you're not trustworthy and we won't be using you again.

Kemal Bicer, one of the directors, led on the sale of my property from the valuation all the way to the completion of the sale. I found Kemal to be highly knoweldgeable about the market and very professional in his approach. Kemal led on the viewings and screened all potential buyers to ensure there were no time wasters, which was incredibly helpful.
