CK Carpets Avis

Richard spend a lot of time with us in store to help us choose the right carpet, and then carried out a home visit to measure up and offer further advice.
Price was reasonable and product is lovely quality.
They were able to fit us in quickly despite being very busy.
Fitters were helpful, tidy and professional.
Would highly recommend.

Richard and his team helped my elderly father upgrade his home by replacing the carpets. They were extremely courteous, patient and kind. The carpets arrived and were fitted on time with the minimum of fuss and displacement. Extremely professional service and I would highly recommend them.

This whole process couldn't have been easier. In the shop all of our questions were answered but we were also given space to browse and think about our choice. Once we had decided and we had accepted the quoted price then fitting was arranged straight away - and we didn't have to wait very long at all. The fitters arrived exactly at the time advised and had removed the old carpet and fitted the new all in about an hour. The new carpet looks brilliant and we liked the fact that they hoovered up after them and reused the existing gripper rods etc wherever possible.
We will definitely be coming back to Richard and CK Carpets in the future - we couldn't have had a better standard of service!

Always fantastic and friendly service. I now always get my carpets from CK as the service and choice of carpets and flooring is so good.

Very helpful at point of sale, easy to pay online and very polite and tidy fitters. In all, an excellent service.

Good quality, reasonably priced carpets. Fitters arrived on time and were efficient, pleasant and hoovered everywhere when they had finished. Definitely recommend CK Carpets

From start to finish Richard and Clare went above and beyond to get us the black carpet our Son wanted for his bedroom. We're so pleased with it now it's been laid. Looking forward to the stairs and landing being done next week (not in black!!) and the hall & dining room having Amtico the week after that. We've been using CK Carpets for many years and certainly wouldn't buy our floor coverings from anyone else now. Thank you so much for your knowledge, honesty and patience!

I can’t recommend CK Carpets enough ! A fabulous service from really lovely people . Clare and Richard were so helpful with whole process, and we are absolutely thrilled with with the Amtico fitted perfectly in our hallway. We wouldn’t hesitate to use CK Carpets again.

Fantastic service and communication. Everything about the carpet and flooring- from the choosing, to the measuring to the fitting was great! We are so pleased with the result. Can’t recommend CK Carpets enough!

Fantastic service from start to finish

I would highly recommend ck carpets the service was outstanding! From start to finish from advice to the fitters.

Can’t thank them enough and we love our new carpets throughout

Great range of flooring available, welcoming staff and fab service
Richard is an expert and was able to help us choose a beautiful carpet with a reasonable price and full fitting service.
Clare provided a clear timeline and kept to it.
Very happy with our new carpets thanks guys

From the first visit for measure and recommendations to the final finish everything happened on the exact dates that were agreed with no delays or changes (getting to be very unusual these days)
The flooring recommended looks so much better than what was previously thereand is guaranteed for 30 years which will well and truly outsee us !!!
Richard listened to our thoughts and added really useful suggestions once he saw the rooms.
Would recommend 'going local' and avoiding the impersonal service you can find with carpet and flooring chains.

We were given great service and advice from quotation, selection and fitting.

The fitters were helpful, clean, respectful and work with up to make easy!!

By far better service, and price, than anyone else that quoted.

Would recommend 100%. Superb!!!

Great Service - quick delivery and tidy installation. Would highly recommend and use them again.

Lovely friendly shop, very efficient service and great carpet fitter.
I would highly recommend using this small independent shop.

The loveliest people around for carpets they are so friendly and have the most amazing customer service. Thanks guys

This is the 4th time we've used CK carpets and as pleased as ever with the service. Prompt response to initial query and visit for measuring up. Great quality carpet, well fitted and cleaned up after. Looks really good and would happily recommend.

I couldn't be happier with my beautiful quality stair carpet. Claire and Richard were most kind and helpful.
The fitters were friendly, professional and tidy.
I could not recommend them highly enough.
Excellent Service and very reasonably priced.

A fantastic, personal service from CK Carpets. Great advice from the owners which helped us select a high quality carpet. And then a speedy fitting too. Alan the fitter was efficient, effect and a really neat worker. Our new carpet looks super and we’re so pleased to have used a local store. Highly recommended and we’ll be using again soon!

Excellent prompt, polite service. Helpful advice in choosing the carpet and good price.
