The team did a great job fitting some bird meshing to help us solve our pigeon issue in Brighton. They were very conscientious - recommending against a net as they can cause an issue for other birds - and aimed for the least intrusive option they could. It's been very effective too. Zero pigeon issues since the installation!
Work was completed quickly and the communication was a lot better than either the other businesses I got a quote from. Would recommend.

Excellent service from start to finish. Vince attended very promptly and dealt with a wasp nest that had unexpectedly attached itself to my curtain in the lounge. Vince removed it extremely carefully, ensuring there was no damage to the surrounding area.
What stood out most was his attention to detail—took the time to clean up thoroughly afterwards, leaving the area spotless. Vince also provided clear and helpful advice to help prevent any future issues.

We use Cleankill across numerous National Trust properties, and their service is second to none, thought out, considerate, proactive and thorough. Finding a good contractor who understands the nature of operational properties, remote properties and delivering to a high standard is rare, and Cleankill are consistent with their approach to delivering to all of our requests.

My building has recently been inundated with mice from the hotel next door under construction and I was seeing my unwanted new roommates daily running between my hallway and kitchen. We organized for CleanKill to come to investigate where I was assigned Wayne.

Wayne has been incredible. My flat proved to be a bit of a mystery for a couple weeks as we couldn't figure out where the access points were but he continually came to inspect, test out theories and on top of being great in person, he continued to check in via text for sighting updates and responded to my questions/requests almost immediately every time. Wayne is a great pest expert but what makes him stand out is that (and he might not even be aware) but it shows that he really cares which makes the unfortunate experience of trying to evict mice much more comforting. It took us about 6 weeks of multiple visits, mouse proofing and deep investigations before we (*knock on wood*) solved the issue in my flat! And truthfully, I can't tell who was happier - myself or Wayne!

If Wayne is unavailable for any reason, my alternative recommendation would be to request Kyle (who happens to be Wayne's son) as Kyle is equally knowledgable and skilled at the trade as well based on my work with him on another property. The thoughtfulness, on time appointments, care and expertise is clearly genetic as the are both incredibly good at what they do and have helped me eradicate massive mouse issues with kindness, skill and success. I couldn't be more grateful to both of them and highly highly recommend both of them if you are looking for pest experts!

Beth is amazing, she handled everything professionally and was able to help free us from mice. Thank you for looking after this matter very seriously unlike other pest control I had in the past they came same amount of times she came and still nothing changed. She didn’t leave any corner to check and made sure the job was completely done in most accurate way, explaining everything accurately and helping me understand what was happening.
