Cleankill Pest Control Avis 

We had a worrying rat problem and Cleankill were recommended by a friend after we had tried another company. They were sympathetic and arranged an appointment within 12 hours. Sam the surveyor attended and was really thorough. He was very affable and gave lots of advice. We thought the problem was complex but he showed us immediately where the problem was coming from and exactly what steps we could take to deal with it once and for all. Made so much sense and really put our minds at ease. Will be using them to do any works that are required. Absolutely recommend this company.

had problems with seagulls since May. Sam from the company came and explained everything clearly and showed us what could be done to solve the problem. Cleankill were excellent from start to finish. An intelligent and knowledgeable salesman diagnosed the problem and recommended an appropriate solution t/w a covering quote. The quote was very reasonable and once the order was placed the installation run smoothly with excellent customer service from the site operative and the office. I'd have no hesitation recommending Cleankill for your pest control issues.

Cleankill were hired to eliminate a mouse from a London flat. Their operative put down 3 traps and plugged a hole with wire wool. For this we were charged £276, but it was nothing more than any householder would do. The mouse returned. For a mouse infestation Cleankill offer no particular expertise nor any kind of guarantee of success. Not recommended.

We couldn't have been more impressed with the service provided by the Cleankill Hove branch. Our bird netting which Cleankill installed over 4 years ago was making a noise so we contacted them, within 1 day they sent someone to come and have a look, then the following day another person came out with a drone, then that same afternoon two guys came to fix the problem. They were unbelievably efficient, friendly and we really received truly outstanding customer service which is a rarity these days! Brilliant job thank you!

John the surveyor was really helpful on the phone, took the time to explain things and just got it all sorted with zero hassle. The guys that came to do the install (bird guards to solar panels) were top notch. Did a great job, and even replaced a few broken tiles while they were up there. Thank you :)

We had a problem with seagulls trying to nest on our roof, we had had various bird deterrents completed, by another company but they hadn't worked. Russ at Cleankill surveyed and gave advice of extra work necessary, at a competitive price. There were delays because of weather but we were always kept informed, and when completed, we had a follow up to check we were happy, and we were very happy, this year there has been no attempt to nest on our roof. Hooray!

We have worked with Cleankill for nearly a year now for several different pest control issues that we have had at our multi-storey residential building. Cleankill are an absolute pleasure to work with. They are currently trying to help solve our pigeon nesting problem that we have on 20 of our apartment balconies. They have been very thorough in their quotes, explaining every option available and advising of all the pros and cons. They are a very honest company and will not try and sell you something that they know is not going to work - which is essential when you have limited knowledge of pest control! Their prices are very reasonable too. When booking them in for a job, I have no doubt that the work will be of high quality with great attention to detail. I have to say a special mention to Sam Boylett & James Whieldon. These 2 are an absolute asset to Cleankill. They are professional, hardworking, friendly and are always quick to build a rapport with our residents, which is essential when stepping into a person’s home for the first time. I guess the Department for Thought has never had a water pipe damaged by squirrels, or returned from a holiday to find their entire house destroyed by flooding, or had the bad luck to have a squirrel die in their roof space and live with the stench for months. They nest in peoples houses and it is for these reasons they are considered pests. If they lived solely in trees, then they wouldn't be pests!!
It should also be pointed out, to the Department for Thought, that Grey squirrels are not indigenous to the UK, a fact omitted from their complaint. And why they pick on one pest control company is beyond understanding, when ALL pest control companies offer Grey squirrel control.

Excellent service from the initial customer service to the bird cage installation. I had a bird cage put over my chimney to deter the seagulls from returning to nest this year. The job was quick, efficient and the guys were very polite. I would highly recommend this company.

Efficient, friendly, carried out job quickly at a price significantly lower than another quote I had. Extremely pleased, can now sit on my small patio without fouling & not being able to use the bit directly under the guttering or clean the outdoor furniture! Thank you, money well spent. We've had major squirrel infestations in our loft for a number of years which had challenged all of the companies we employed to get rid of them – except CleanKill. Sam and Andy worked over a period of 4 weeks to outsmart the little blighters (which wasn't easy) and we are now Squirrel Free for the first time in 4 years! I wish I'd found CleanKill many years ago - great people, great work and great advice. I highly recommend them.

Spotted some roaches in my skirting board. Researched and knew this could be a long term and stressful issue. Alex came by with some info, bait and other solutions and pest detectors and they just stopped coming. Haven’t seen a single sighting or other pest since and really impressed, relieved and pleased. Hopefully will never need their services again but would definitely remember to recommend them. Thank you for the great work and great service.

So far am not that impressed with CleanKill. Appointments were made and then no one attended, which wasted my time and all other residents in the block of 10 flats.
