Great experience
I had been meaning to arrange my will for quite a while and kept putting it off, but I’m glad I finally did. Phillip Thomas was professional, approachable, and put me at ease from the start. He explained everything clearly and made the entire process simple and stress-free.
I would highly recommend The Co-op Estate Planning service and would not hesitate to use them again for other services in the future.

Will Amendments & LPA’s
Needed to make amendments to Wills and decided it was time to get LPA’s too as actually really important.
Fed up of Wishy Washy unreliable local firms so decided to go with Coop based off reputation & transparency….
Initial phone call was clear and to the point and an online meeting was set up very quickly with Graham Povey. I have dealt with many Lawyers over the years but Graham’s Knowledge, guidance, professionalism & delivery was probably the best we have ever received..
I’m sure the rest of the process will be just as good..

My husband and I had our initial consultation with Gian Gill about finally writing a Will to ensure peace of mind and stability for ourselves and our young son should the worst happen. A heavy and depressing subject but Gian explained everything to us clearly, professionally and showed consideration with our concerns. Shocking communication
Service from Probate department has been horrendous. Case workers don’t respond to email (on our third and they have all been terrible). On our third complaint and progress made in the short term and then nothing.
I would AVOID them and use a local solicitor. Case was opened in May 2022 and we still aren’t closed. Took them a year to realise they had to apply for probate for my father before they could do it for my mother. They died 4 days apart.
