I dealt with Ifvor and Ben in a very difficult time. They were both so genuinely concerned and helpful. Ben spent over an hour on the phone with me answering all my queries and making sure I understood the Probate process. They both helped to turn a tricky situation into something more manageable

I can’t speak more highly of the service Chloe has provided. She was my first point of contact and she has been brilliant: compassionate, professional and patient, and her communication has been outstanding. She twice followed up a conversation we had with a call back to offer something she thought better suited to my needs once she’d reviewed my information, including one such service that saved me a significant amount of money. The death of a family member is a difficult time not only emotionally but also due to the substantial amount of admin it is necessary to complete talking to lots of different companies/institutions. My experience with the Coop was by far and away the best I have had, and I would recommend them to anyone. I hope Chloe’s superiors are aware of the terrific job she does and she is commended accordingly.

Kayleigh was a special person to work with during my most difficult period with the passing of my mother aged 99.
Kayleigh was immensely patient and caring being both efficient and knowledgeable.

Estate planning & wills
We had a call with Tim Woodburn, Estate Planning Consultant, as we were in a position that we needed to update our wills.
Tim was very helpful, and explained everything we needed to know to make an informed decision in respect of our wills and also lasting power of attorney’s.

Grant of Probate
I rang up initially to just make an inquiry but ended up giving the go-ahead for the Co-op to proceed with my request for a Grant of Probate. The reason for this was that Susan the Probate Consultant explained everything to me very clearly and gave me a step by step explanation of the process and how they deal with it. She finally gave me a fixed fee quote at the end of our conversation. As this was acceptable it therefore seemed illogical not to proceed there and then, which I did. I am very pleased with the service so far and could not be happier. John.

A very supportive service which enables you to make informed choices and decisions.
We decided to contact The Co-op Legal Services to update our Wills. We spoke to Nicholas Minshull initially. He explained everything clearly and arranged for us to receive a video call. All instructions on this process were provided and were easy to follow. Our Consultant on the video call was Tracy Potter. She made us feel totally at ease and explained everything clearly. All our queries received clarification which helped us to make informed decisions on what we needed and wanted. We felt supported at every stage and really appreciated the knowledge and guidance. We thoroughly recommend this service.

I just cannot begin to describe how very caring and helpful Libby has been throughout the torrid time of me having to handle my Mums estate. She is the most caring and understanding individual, a lovely girl. Very sensitive and understanding throughout this difficult time. The world needs more Libby’s ❤️ and this was over months of the estate being sorted out.

Great experience
I had been meaning to arrange my will for quite a while and kept putting it off, but I’m glad I finally did. Phillip Thomas was professional, approachable, and put me at ease from the start. He explained everything clearly and made the entire process simple and stress-free.
