Very friendly and informative

Coapt - a solid alternative
Mathew Cates was perfect in every sense. He was both knowledgeable and professional and came across as a person to trust. I would highly recommend Mathew should you look for a place to buy or let or rent in Brighton!

Chris is the property manager of our student rental house and is excellent. He contacts us immediately with any problems and sorts out issues for the tenants very quickly. He is always helpful, knowledgable and nice to deal with.
We are really happy with their services!

Adam was very professional and…
Adam was very professional and knowledgeable. We didn't end up proceeding with the property purchase but Adam ensured we didn't feel pressured. He followed up the initial questions we had in a thorough manner without having to be asked a second time which makes a refreshing change from other experiences we've had with other agents. Would certainly use this estate agent again based on this experience.
