Comfort Medical Avis 

Every month there is an issue. And I get an email saying that my daughter's order is delayed and I have to call and find out what is going on for them to tell me every single time that there is an issue with the order when it's the same order nothing has changed. I ask to talk to a Manger and get voice mail and instead of calling me back they just send my daughter's order out without telling me what the actual issue is . This month they changed supplies on me and I have called 2 different times and was supposed to get a call back for a week now and nothing and still don't have the right supplies.

Great products, very comfortable. I never worry when out in public. Easy to use products. Always on time delivery also . Customers service is top notch. Always giving me the feeling of being number one.

Didn't like protracted amount of time between initial order and actual receipt of my supplies.

It was very easy to order supplies my first time over the phone.
I was advised to download the comfort medical app which I did. It’s been over a week and I am not able to set up a new account in the app. I reached out via support email and still not able to create an account.

I use one cath.per week. You sent me 90 I called no response. help

Product did not arrive timely and didn’t get all product to properly care for my stoma.

Instead of sending us 12 boxes of 50 catheters each whoever fulfilled the order only put 12 catheters in one small box. Then it took me four phone calls and almost 2 weeks to get my order filled after the incorrect number of catheters were sent.

Valued to cancel further need for catheters : no response from Vomgirt

I have been with comfort medical for 2 years and I have no problem. I have been very pleased in my problems have always been solved. Thank you, comfort medical for all that you do.

I am becoming disillusioned. They keep sending tons of supplies I don’t use. I advise that you don’t use the auto order feature

Great product, very fast shipping...I only had 3 days of product left and my order was received in 2 days.

I am missing one item. The order came promptly but without stoma powder! It is a big hassle getting through to Comfort Medical so I've opted to go without the powder until next time.

This was my first order. You contacted me as soon as you received the prescription. The supplies arrived 2 business days later.

The auto order did not say what it consisted of. It should say exactly what you're agreeing to order again.
