When I needed help the Comhoma Support team was great . I needed a replacement part, they made sure I got the right part and in a timely manner. Thank you great work.

The chair is very comfortable and easy to put together, with clear instructions and well organized and labeled parts. The footrest is a little hard to slide in and out at first, but with some lube it works just fine. The support pillow is a great addition.

The frame was great, but the chain link was extremely weak and cheap. It would not unroll and kept cutting us. We ended up buying acceptable chain link somewhere else.

Update: Comhoma was able to make amends for the damaged garden beds by sending me a replacement set. This was a very satisfactory and unexpected outcome. Thanks you Comhoma for doing the right thing and fulfilling my order with replacement garden beds. They are great garden beds.

I am still working with the insurance provider to replace, reimburse, or repair the damaged garden beds I purchased. This has not been a good experince.

I was concerned about the thickness of the product, but once we got the boxes open and put our hands on it, we were very happy. It was very easy to put together also.

Missing half of the hardware needed. I sent a request to send the missing hardware. No response.

I liked how easy it was to put together. The great directions made it easy.
However, three or four of the bolts in the chair seat were unable to tighten. Two nuts are in one of the armrests, which makes it unstable. I think this product is overpriced for what you get, and I got it for $100. off the retail price.

Lack of locking capability for the headrest

Overall this was the best product I've gotten direct from a China manufacturer to date. Probably because of AI, but the instructions were finally clear and without misspelling issues. Everything was packaged well and easy to put together. So far, my only complaints are that the chair doesn't really go low enough, and the leg rest is very very flimsy metal - not really made to support weight like it claims.

It's a good chair, but the part you sit on is a little too hard for me.

Shipping is incredibly slow, it's been almost a month and item is still in transit.

Very fast delivery and the product mostly meets the expectations per the marketing. I do like this chair however for a chair supporting 400lbs the structure is weaker than I expected. It is kind of wobbly. Still comfortable and stable, I just expected a stronger frame.

Received my boxes with purchases safe inside quicker than I had thought!
Put the bed table first and place’s computer on top and have plenty of room 5 stars!!!
Received office chair and assembled very easy great chair and the parts seem well engineered!
