I bought a gaming chair back in January and it’s the best gaming chair I’ve sat in comfort wise and I’ve had a lot of different other brands for the price of it it is amazing. One of the pieces broke a few months later I contacted them and they had 0 questions about sending me a new part for the chair to replace the broken one so the customer service was absolutely amazing and speedy they answered and shipped the piece within 24 hours

I purchased this gaming chair less than a year ago and I am extremely disappointed with both the quality of the product and the customer service. After only a short time, the gas lift cylinder failed, which means that the backrest no longer locks into place, making the chair almost unusable. For a product in this price range (around €200), I would have expected much greater durability.

Even more frustrating was the way customer service handled the issue. Instead of offering a proper repair or replacement under warranty, I was told to remove the gas lift myself and replace it with a new one. I find it completely unacceptable to be asked to carry out such repairs on a product that is still under warranty.

After repeated follow-ups, I was eventually offered a refund of €30. Considering that the chair is broken and cannot be used at all, this so-called “solution” is laughable and completely insufficient.

Overall, I am deeply dissatisfied. The chair is of poor quality and the customer service is neither solution-focused nor customer-friendly. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend ComHoma and I will certainly never order from them again.

Ich habe einen Sessel über Otto GmbH gekauft. Nach 2 Monaten ging die Sicherung kaputt (durchgebrannt). Die haben mir dann Ersatzteil geschickt, was ich schnell tauschen konnte. Nach 2 Monaten später, ging der Motor kaputt. Erneut gemeldet mit der Bitte, dass entweder wird der Sessel getauscht oder der volle Betrag zurückerstattet (Garantiefall). Noch sehr vielen E-Mail hin und her besteht der Verkäufer, dass er mir den Motor zuschickt und ich soll den alleine tauschen?!?!?! Wie bitte??? Totale Frechheit. Solange die Garantie gültig ist, werde ich nic machen!! Otto GmbH wäscht sich auch die Finger davon. Kein Wunder, dass alle bei Amazon oder IKEA kaufen, denn ich werde NIE WIEDER dort kaufen.

Do not trust this company there a bunch of scumbags they'll tell you that you installed their products incorrectly they do not take responsibility when their products don't work I installed a bed frame absolutely perfectly consulted with people and they sent me lift columns that are too long so the bed won't lay flat I've shown them pictures they sent me a video and you could clearly see in the video that they're lift columns are not the same as the ones that they sent me they refuse to acknowledge and take responsibility do not buy from this company

Product (Gaming chair) breaks at faulty welding, after talking to them they tell you to wait as they send you a new unbroken part in 2 weeks but after two weeks they need another 2 two 4 weeks. As it's still in the European warranty time of 2 years I wanted to get my money back and send them back the product which they then tried to tell me was not possible because they can only take it back in the first month.
