We are delighted with our bed from Comodo Living. The quality is excellent, with a beautifully refined finish that really elevates the piece. We chose the Lola bed in the Lovely Coral colourway, and the velvet is pristine and incredibly soft to the touch.

We would definitely recommend Comodo Living.

They took exactly what they said within 6 weeks so i received my bed in the 6th week they the deliver man was very kind I know I paid for assembly service but I was not home my little daughter was the help with putting my heavy mattress in bed connected everything they were very patient, delivery service was perfect

Very pleased with my new bed. The build quality is good, it feels really sturdy but also looks great in the upholstered fabric I selected. I had a couple issues with custom measurements which were frustrating but the team always responded well, which made all the difference.

The colour swatches online are completely different to actual colour that comes ,we are having to pay out for our bed to be upholstered massively disappointed & having to pay out more money

I’m really pleased with my purchase.

The bed is excellent quality and was made within 5–6 weeks, even though the original estimate was 8 weeks, which was a nice surprise. The craftsmanship is lovely, especially for a handmade bed, and there’s a great variety of colours and finishes to choose from.

I also received a £75 discount for signing up, which made a big difference on a bed that would have otherwise cost £800.

Communication overall was good, although I only received my delivery time slot the day before. As neither my boyfriend nor I work from home, having at least 48 hours’ notice would have been preferable.

Aside from that, I really can’t fault the experience or the quality so far. First impressions are very positive and I’m very happy with my purchase.

Quality good, ability to customise good, delivery updates and communications has room for improvement. The SHOP app did not have updated information- had to call to get delivery estimate after the advertised lead time elapsed. Got email with intended delivery date then item was not delivered. Called again and was told there was a production issue with fabric and they would need an additional 14 days. No further update received and had to chase again to confirm delivery date. Ordered mid-November- delivered mid February. When actually delivered, delivery team were polite and respected property and were speedy to assemble. I would recommend for getting a bespoke bed made, but you may need to chase yourself for updates and delivery dates.

Excellent Service & quality!
After a helpful communication regarding the delivery date, the bed arrived well packaged. The instructions we had received by email were really clear and helpful and the quality of the bed was excellent!

A very good first purchase of a bed from Comodo Living from start to finish. Company very happy to send multiple fabric samples to me for headboard fabrics, always friendly and helpful. Notified me that delivery time would be 6 to 8 weeks. Delivery date could be changed to suit me if needed. Delivery guys were great and very efficient [not fazed by assembling bed on 4th floor!] . Lovely bed, high quality, would recommend.

Bed arrived on time and we loved the quality and design!

Firstly, we agreed in two separate emails to a delivery date of 04/02/26. Despite this, the bed was delivered a week early on 28/01/26. I received an email the evening before advising the bed would be delivered the following day, I replied immediately and got no response to my email querying the change, and no return call after I left a voicemail to try and find out what was going on.
At 7:50am on the day of delivery, the courier called to say they would arrive in 10 minutes. I was already at work and my partner had to delay leaving for work at short notice to accept the delivery. The 4th February date had been agreed specifically because he had booked that day off to accept the delivery.
The main issue however, is that the headboard delivered does not match the image shown on the website and is not what I ordered. I am happy with the base, material and colour, but the headboard design is significantly different. I ordered the Emma bed however after looking at other headboards on their website mine appears to look slightly like the Hugger.
In addition:
The instructions were unclear.
Only 12 screws were supplied when 20 were required for screwing in the slats.
Several slats had no pre-drilled holes.
The bed feet are significantly lighter than shown online.
While the other issues are disappointing, my primary concern is that I have not received the correct headboard.
I have emailed Comodo more or less the above and haven’t had a reply yet… I am so disappointed.

Colour not as described on the website pic. Customer service stinks. No happy with my purchase and when asked why the colour was different to the one on website their reason was dull lighting with camera. Very disappointing
