I have ordered two beds from Comodo both for my daughter's bedrooms. They are both beautiful and great quality, my second daughter's bed was done with a customer material I sent in and their customer service and speed of making the beds to the delivery was amazing. Would 100% recommend!

I purchased the Gracie Bed for my son’s nursery, as a day bed. Deliberated over it due to the price. It arrived after 6 weeks and it is honestly perfect. Worth ever penny. So pleased with my purchase!

I ordered a Lily bed - right handed but was unable to assemble it as Comodo Living delivered 2 sections which were left handed.Despite contacting the company the issue has not been resolved and my messages are going unanswered. I would not recommend the company due to their customer service and not dealing with the matter. Thanks to the manager from Comodo Living for contacting me since my review. I appreciate this and hopefully this is going to be resolved soon.

If I could give more than 5 stars for this company and the people who work to fit the beds and comodo living’s online email customer service I would the people regarding my order and queries have been nothing short of incredible people very approachable and responded within a very timely manner showing care about the customers experience. I would like to give an additional thank you to Agris who resolved a minor situation with my bed and did so effectively and showed great consideration towards the parts that needed fitting to the bed making sure they were well presented and looked after. Absolutely fantastic thank you so much again for your service!

Delivery guys couldn't have been more helpful and accommodating.
Products is good and well made. Instructions are really really bad for assembly however!! Life would be massively easier with them in a piece of paper not having to try to lot at a small phone screen which continuously shuts off as phones do. It would also be really helpful if the head end of the bed had a small sticker on the inside sides denoting this ( just a sticker with the word head on). The build quality of the bed is good but the base panels if the ottoman in a super king-size fur sure are a little lacking in supportiveness. I understand however development work is underway in improving these and the instructions and the manufacturer has spoken to me about both of these issues .
Overall. Ordering and customer service, great.

I honestly couldn’t recommend this company anymore. They are the most stunning beds, the quality is amazing. Rachel was fantastic, she got back to my emails so quickly and made additional changes to the measurements of the beds. It was such a personalised, luxurious service and worth every single penny. The people who came to delivery and put up the beds couldn’t have been anymore patient and helpful. They only took about half an hour per bed to put up which I was really impressed with. Thank you so so much.

Comodo were great. We ordered a bed from them & were even able to make some bespoke requests to the bedframe trim, which were granted. For a bed, the turnaround time was quick (~1 month), and the entire process from order through to delivery & after-care was great, with good communication & customer service. The bed itself is absolutely gorgeous - really high quality and exactly what we were after & we're delighted with it.
