They do nt tell you about the £13 shuttle cost until the end

Absolutely avoid this company at all costs. I have had a terrible experience with very rude, abrupt, arrogant men. It took me four attempts to get thru 30 mins before I arrived. When I did I was told to go to orange car park. When arriving I couldn’t get thru barrier so I called, numerous times (being cut off each time) to be told it was green, reversing down a car park entry is no fun! Get to green to be told the car park is full, phone again eventually told to go to blue and then call them. I parked in blue, called,waited 25 mins, by which time I am now an hour into my time at the airport. I phone again, eventually the rude man lost his temper and said if I didn’t like it I didn’t have to use them! I have 1.5 hours to my flight. Eventually two men arrive, they say I need to walk to barrier to pay to leave car park (£13) I explain I have a heart issue which is why I booked orange car park and meet and greet so they would need to drop me closer to terminal, reluctantly they agreed. After security I had 40 mins to get to the gate (Ryanair) for my flight!
On return I called as I got off the plane 9 times before I eventually withheld my number and got thru. Again a rude, abrupt man told me to wait in terminal for an hour as they were busy! Someone would call me. After 1 hour 15 mins I called and was told to walk to green car park, my car would be waiting. Surprise no car! After 20 mins and another 14 calls I got thru to be told my car was 2 mins away. 14 mins later it arrived. The driver got out and smiled!!! No apology, no explanation. Sadly I lost my rag a little with this individual. Anyway after checking my car I got on the road, after paying a further £13 to exit the car park. I then realised my charging cable and the 4 pound coins I keep in my car were missing. I called the number I had used over 50 times and spoke to the most polite person of them all. I explained my disappointment, frustration and disgust at the whole scenario, I explained that items had been taken by the drivers to which he replied “yes ma’am they are little thieves” I said do you know? He said he did but what could he do he was only a driver!
On hindsight I did everything as a lone lady traveller should never do. I handed my keys to two random men with no ID, no official info, I got in a car with him driving! I waited in a multi storey car park alone for my car to be returned by a total stranger. I will never use this company again and I will make sure no one I know ever will

We booked a parking carrier through compareparkingdeals called sapphire parking. They did not attend and did not pick up even though we followed all instructions. We requested a refund via email. The company has not communicated with me even though I have called them and chased via email. I would string recommend not using this company at any chance. Awful service

While the drop off went smoothly, collecting,not so!Having been told Not to ring until After passport control and baggage collection,which we did,only to be told it would be "45/60mins" before it arrived!And when you've at 0:30 in the morning And have a 1hr drive home,it's the last thing you want to hear!If we'd been allowed to call as soon as we touched down it wouldn't have been So bad,and no where in the "blurb" did it say such a long wait!

Cancelled my booking on the day of my flight after it was fully paid for. Got to the airport with baby and toddler, was already late due to traffic then had no car booked in on arrival.

So casual - no idea what to do called as instructed arrived on time when was left standing at the top of a car park for well over 30 min and as a solo traveler at 4.30am not ideal
Had the same experience on the way back for charged £20 for not sure what just grunted its in the email well according to my email it’s £13

If there were an option to give a ZERO rating, I would have done so.

Judging by the other reviews, it seems many customers have had the same experience. The service was absolutely appalling and extremely unprofessional.

I feel much of the responsibility lies with Compare Parking, who then pass the booking on to Sapphire Parking. There are additional charges for entering and leaving the airport, the staff were unhelpful and unprofessional, and we waited nearly two hours for our car to be returned. At the time, there were still another four families waiting for their vehicles.

When I contacted Compare Parking, I was told they would happily reimburse the additional charges. However, despite contacting them, I have not even received an acknowledgement email.

Based on our experience, I would strongly advise others to steer well clear of both Compare Parking and Sapphire Parking.

Horrendous service. Just arrived home to have received a £60 fine as the crew that dropped my car off literally left it in the. Radius on blue hotel with keys so anyone could have stolen it, and now I've been fine a parking charge. Emailed them and no reply. Shocking service, late picking us up and sent us to the wrong carpark to drop off the car and the fine just about topped it off. Do not use.

Absolutely the worst airport parking I’ve ever used and won’t be again.
Got dropped off at the Hampton hotel Stansted and had to walk to the airport.
On are return phoned the number to collect us and no response for 45min, finally got picked up for the driver to pass me his phone to enter my reg and tell them to get my vehicle ready, and they charge £10 each way to take and collect you, absolute micky mouse two bob out fit

We used SPS Park n Ride Stansted. On arrival back from our holiday we had to wait about an hour for our collection after calling when we'd collected our luggage. We rang multiple times to check what was happening and were fobbed off each time. Other people waiting near us were experiencing the same thing. There was no apology for the poor service and it all felt very disorganised.

Hi, there is a hidden transport fees to and from the airport, these fees will be given to you after you finish the booking, so you don’t have the choice to accept or not, you have to pay when you arrive at the parking.

Booking through you was easy .
Drop off service was easy.
Collections was absolutely awful and not what was advertised.
30 minutes was the time on your booking form . I called and they said it would be 45 minutes as they were busy which is ok .
After 4 phone calls and an hour and 40 minutes wait we got the car back .(we should have been home in that time )
There were at least eight other families waiting having exactly the same experience.
I would not book this service again.
It also states £10 fee each way for airport drop off it’s actually £13 .
I will book direct with the airport next time which is what I usually do as I am a frequent flier from this airport .
Will never use again for Stansted this company has let you down .

I paid for "Heathrow Park and Ride", which showed with 5 star reviews for a price of £66.

Actual service is £67.95, plus £15 each way for shuttle bus, and is fulfilled by Gregg Maurice, who has multiple 1 star google reviews for driving customers' cars and smoking in them.

DO NOT USE PARK 247 MEET & GREET! We have used meet & greet services for many years and this was by far the least efficient. Firstly on arrival at Car Park 6, Level 5 as instructed there was no-one there to meet any customers. Having spent 10 minutes trying to get through to the specified cell phone number we were told that the rep was now in fact on Level 4. Luckily we had enough time to make our plane. On our return it took 15 minutes to get through. When we did the rep was 1) almost impossible to understand 2) incredibly rude (no good morning/afternoon/hello, just 'give me number!') 3) when we got to the pick-up my car was there, I discovered after searching the car park, but no reps anywhere. Again took ages to call the company, where I was told the key was on my wheel! When I questioned their level of customer service the reply was ' I have a problem with you' and the line went dead.
I hardly ever write reviews but recommend in the strongest possible terms not to give these guys your business. There are vastly superior alternatives available, which have professional systems and polite customer service, and who do not simply leave your car insecure with the key on the wheel!
