Customer service is prompt and responsive. If you are on the fence about making a purchase for a session don’t give it a second thought. You can request a refund, within the refund window, with just an email. You don’t even need to give a reason. Literally no risk!

Amazing Support
I lost access to the platform because of an issue with my credit card operator.
A support operator from the platform, Matthias, went above and beyond to help me regain access and the efforts beared fruits.
I am very satisfied with the support I got and obviously also with the content of the platform itself.
