Used to be the marketing line from the Bookmaker. Not anymore if you have a dispute they hang on and on and although they have s route for disputes called IBAN they ignore them.
Having finally four months later to accept they were wrong no Compensation has been offered having hung on to your money for four months and the stress caused offer NO COMPENSATION not even an apology that costs nothing.

Since 2014 I have purchased 2 Photo programmes by opening an account. I had a problem and needed to re install as the original disk had a problem. I looked in my account and there was no trace of me having purchased anything. On contacting customer services I was sent a link to download another copy of PaintShop Pro X7, which I did. Unfortunately this copy was only the trial which means that it would work for 30 days. It could only be used if my account showed that I had purchased it. Despite I having a licence number. I believe this company runs on sharp practice

The coral coins promotion. WHAT A JOKE going from 300 coins for 3 free spins to 3000 n only winning five coins perday and have for over a week is disgusting. The app has gone to a crawl so slow loading anything and before you say it's my internet every other app loads instantly

I unblocked my account after 5 years. Started losing money in slots around £40 and thought this site has to be a scam, I was only spinning 10p at a time but could see it was never going to let me get a bonus or even get any money back. Complete insensitivity towards Customer Care.
Accidentally placed a £50 bet on a horse race, thought I had bet 50p, my normal level of bet. Realised when I looked at my account but race was over. Navigating site made it difficult to report quickly.
Obvious that bet was out of character but Coral staff not interested.

Coral was ok before .now sudently they do that you cant no deposit no wirdrow because its like card decline .i write customer service and they asking my card copy without ctv because they see that card is on another name.doesnt matter that card on my name and i always use that card.so i just say its suspisiuos and they just asure me its for security reason.when i say you for security ask like your id or something but not card wich you can easily use online they just again repeat for security reason
So i just delete my acc.be careful because per 3 years i never was ask my card copy for a proof or tell that card is on diferent name.they start getting suspiciuos.
